Arcade install and download pack feedback

Hi guys!

Just putting this here after discussing with Kevin and Stew.

Recently went to install the Arcade, and found that there were no instructions included ( I now know that the instruction are in the download thread, but given that *some* people  don't read threads or what not) The only files in the root of the download are the readme.md and crossdomain.xml

My windows 7 computer had no idea what to do with a .md file, it gave me the option to find a program online, which took me to MS site and it suggested it was some graphics file >_< as it turns out it was not the instructions though, so it didn't matter.

The actual Add on xml is within the Uploads/library/Arcade folder. I understand that is due to the auto import, but some of us never use that, and most Add on's are on the root of the folder, not in the uploads, or perhaps in both locations.

Might I suggest, that there is included a .txt instruction manual on how to do the install, both using a manual method where you browse to the Add on. xml and whichever auto methods you use.

Please, I am not complaining, just wanted to share my experiences of it not being as simple an install as I would expect.

Awesome Add on though, I am absolutely thrilled that you have kicked off again with development :D

Thank you so much!!!!!

Would also point out a text install file is needed for some of us who haven't touched Xen in a while

Addon is awesome guys, you people rock .....

Some quick thoughts as I'm on tonight...

- I'll work on a proper readme.html file when I come back from vacation (I'll be gone next week and will be returning late February so I'll be quiet for a while). The "readme.md" file that is in there now is actually the result of us using GitHub to host the code repository for the developers to use. When you create a new GitHub repository it defaults to creating a new "readme.md" file as the first file in the project. Since we are only at 0.0.9 of the project there has been more emphasis on just getting it out there to those who really want to test instead of the presenting it as neatly bundled ready-to-go add-on.

- I can be blamed for the actual install XML being in the library/Arcade/addon-arcade.xml instead of the root of the zip folder. With the XF ACP install/upgrade process being able to use files directly on the server instead of having to point to the local hard drive it seemed easier at the time to just use a copy on the server since by that time the admin' would have already needed to FTP the 'js' & 'library' folders to their server.

- The next release I will rework the folder structure of the zip file to make it a little more clearer as to what goes where. The current one is literally a straight download of the project from GitHub and, while it makes sense to those familiar with the code it obviously is not intuitive for new users. The addition of the crossdomain.xml for the Mochi games definitely doesn't help being in the root folder of the zip file like that.
