Hey i'm thinking someone noticed, But Jack killed Hiladke in the Finale of Season 1 1.22, not the Box part 2 after he realized Hiladke was a double agent working for Kasinow.

Yeah, Hiladki was definately shot by Jack in the season finale (Almost Thirty Years) because I watched the audio commentary on the season 1 DVD, and i remember the cast making some very funny remarks about that scene, like jack spraying Windex in Hiladki's face. lol

ariana kane died when jack was supposed to tell all. i don't even remember how it all went down. she knew sydney was with vaughn and then she gave jack a truth-telling thing and was going to talk to him. hmmm...maybe i'm wrong. but that's what i kinda half-way vaguely remember. because sloane pretended she was faking that emily had been alive to get money and all that stuff. and so they killed her.
horrible explanation, sorry. i thought i remembered it better.
