Do you use an Android (aka: Droid) phone? If so, how do you like it so far?

Are you syncing your contacts with Outlook? How does Android sync with Outlook, a desktop app or over the net?

I'm currently a BlackBerry Storm user but am looking at making the switch.

For me, the simplier the phone, the better. I don't want to spend any more time on the phone then a quick call to someone. Besides, I save money on the phone itself, it only cost me $10 for a switch-blade style phone and it's compact.

I'm on call 24/7 so the more of my office PC that I can squeeze into my mobile device, the better.

This is a bit scary. I wonder if someone will publish an easy to read list of those apps to stay away from.

"CNET is reporting that a fifth of Android apps expose private data. The Android market threat report details the security issues uncovered. Dozens of apps were found to have the same type of access to sensitive information as known spyware does, including access to the content of e-mail and text messages, phone call information, and device location. 5% of the apps were found to have the ability to make calls, and 2% can send text messages, without the mobile user doing anything."
