Updated...

  • Wonder Woman has *not* been picked up a series by NBC. Early feedback is that the pilot was getting mixed reviews in screenings & that the internet ramblings about the revised costume are to blame.
  • Grimm has been picked up by NBC.
  • Awake has been picked up by NBC.

Re: TV Shows Returning & New 2011

Updated...

  • 17th Precinct has *not* been picked up. This pilot was getting a lot of attention because of the large number of actors, writers, & producers from the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica.
  • As noted yesterday, Chuck has been renewed for a 5th season but with an important footnote. The 5th season will also be the final season for the series.

NBC's 'The Firm' On Track For Fall Launch

1 hour ago | Deadline TV | See recent Deadline TV news »
With all the attention on the new series pickups at NBC, let's not forget that the network has been eyeing another new series on tap for next season that has larger order than any of the newly picked-up shows - The Firm. I hear the deal for a 22-episode straight-to-series order to the project based on John Grisham's best-seller is now done and the network has taped a clip with Grisham for its Monday upfront presentation. The series, from eOne in association with Sony Pictures Networks and Paramount Pictures, is being readied for a September launch though it is unclear if NBC will announce it as being on the fall schedule before casting has been done. The series, which also will be broadcast on Sony’s Axn networks in more than 125 territories internationally, picks up 10 years after the 1993 feature left off. »

Outcasts was good but then because of poor ratings it was shunted to late night here in UK then unfortunately canned before it could really get going - there were some good plotlines and it could have developed well...oh well
