the promo pics after the premier.. hmmm see, if it was last week i would have thought because certain people wouldnt be in them *ahem*
but now... i dunno

and ben... *sigh* smoking... just... *sigh*

According to Chad's blog (read the comments section) they're gonna be released after the premiere.

Could they be keeping something from all of us!!

Or maybe just cutting back on their budget!

I've heard it's because of the new characters that they are introducing this season that we are not familiar with. It'll be interesting to see if a certain someone is included or not.

So NO one is going to comment about the two new promos Alias got last night?

Hee. I can't wait for this season to start.
What?! New promos?! Damnit, I knew I should have watched Primetime Live last night! *grumbles angrily*

They had one with The Night Stalker and they had one just by themselves right as Primetime ended.

Hee. They kicked a**.

The first one they showed, they showed Syd and a sonogram, a voiceover from Jen saying "I'm pregnant". It showed some new alias' for her. And some look like really good and then you got that "wig of doom" from that Access interview. Looks better in darker light. Ahem. Has Syd running and stuff. Has Syd with a gun. I'm being soo detailed. :P Etc.

The second one I thought was pretty cool. The doctor asked if she's been exercising while feeling her stomach...baby bump shot...Syd says something like her job is keeping her busy. And they showed Syd a running, and a running, then they showed some guy asking Syd "Is this suppose to scare me?" and Syd goes "Funny thing about a pregnancy....hormones" And then beats his....Hee. It was actually pretty cool. Ahem. Anyway.

And Ratings for the shows that we go against next week...

CBS’ Survivor: Guatemala (so long, Morgan) kicked-off with a still potent (but somewhat diluted) 11.1/17 in the overnights, 16.60 million viewers and a 5.9/17 among adults 18-49 at 8 p.m

Joey (NBC) – season premiere
Overnights: 6.1/ 9 (#4), Viewers: 7.57 million (#3), A18-49: 3.0/ 9 (#3)

Everybody Hates Chris (UPN) – premiere
Overnights: 6.6/10 (#2), Viewers: 7.58 million (#2), A18-49: 3.2/ 9 (#2)

While that may seem significant, retention out of overrated lead-in The O.C. (Overnights: 4.4/ 7, Viewers: 6.33 million, A18-49: 2.8/ 8 at 8 p.m.)

Repeat but..
Overnights: 2.6/ 4; Viewers: 2.75 million; A18-49: 1.2/ 3 from 8-9:30 p.m.)

So this means, goodness. Chris is a force to be reckon with...Joey still sucks. Smallville will have like 4 million. The OC is losing viewers. And even Survivor is down. If we have an average of viewers like we've had for our 4 years. Say even 9 million. Then we have a great chance to survive. Remember when this time period had so many viewers watching. Hee.

Thanks RJ! I will have to start TiVoing all ABC shows! Hee!
I kinda have some issues with Syd going out into the field pregnant but I'll see how it goes. I can see Syd being stubborn enough to insist that she be pregnant and still kick ass

I think its more along the lines that she isn't doing work for the CIA persay. If Vaughn is missing, or whatever the rumor this week is, then she's going to go find him or try to find out what's going on. Pregnant or not. She will protect her child and stuff but she also doesn't want to wait 9 months. So its not field work. I don't think.

I'm so hoping that the True Alias Fan Base will still be there for our show. It has averaged 9 to 11 Million over the past few years. If Alias can still do this...I think ABC will consider that a Win!

If you are a true Alias Fan....watch it and tape the rest.

I'll be watching ABC on Sunday so hopefully they will do a lot of Alias promoting during DH and GA. But I bet there will be 2 to 1 LOST promos over Alias.

I wonder why they put Alias against such heavy competion myself .I guess J.J knows it's going to do well and he has some suprises in store so people will keep watching

MICKEYMANIA AT SOTHEBY’S
On Sept. 27, 2005, Sotheby’s New York is holding one of the odder events of the fall auction season -- something called "Celebrate Mickey: 75 InspEARations Statue Tour Auction." The sale features 75 indentical, six-foot-tall Mickey Mouse statues, each customized by celebrities from Hollywood and the sports world, with the proceeds going to individual charities. Obviously made with considerable fabrication help from Disney -- the event celebrates the company’s 75th anniversary -- the designs include Mickey holding a computer mouse with computer disks for ears (Jamie Lee Curtis), Mickey dressed as a fan of Notre Dame football (Regis Philbin), Mickey as a Red Sox slugger (Ben Affleck) Mickey dressed in a flamboyant Elton Johns-like costume (Elton Johns), Mickey camouflaged as a map (Jennifer Garner) and Mickey in leopard skin (Star Jones). The sale is expected to bring in at least $1 million.

GUNS N' ROSES Bassist Composing Music For New JENNIFER GARNER Movie - Sep. 19, 2005

GUNS N' ROSES bassist Tommy Stinson (ex-REPLACEMENTS) has been writing music for a Sony Pictures movie called "Catch and Release" starring Jennifer Garner, according to a posting on his official web site. "It's taken me a few years to land one of these and I'm stoked to be doing it," Stinson writes. "I'm told the movie will come out next spring. In addition, he has been working on finishing the new album from Los Angeles political punks BOBOT ADRENALINE. "This has been a labor of love that's been going on since last summer and I'm just about done mixing it," Stinson writes.
