I thought the original casting information was for someone in their early to mid 20s. I guess that changed.

I'll wait before I pass judgement. He's no David Anders (but then who is) - but he was in the mini-series Into the West and several episodes of Charmed.

But what a weird first name - I hope he has a better name for the show.

that's where I recognized him from! I saw him in the guest credit for Charmed and I thought what a wierd name Balthazar espeically since one of the old character on Charmed was called Balthazar and just. :blink: Wow.

Ya... he's... :ermm: I hope they give him a new do over. If anyone, Laura Goldstein can make someone look hot.

Sorry, he doesn't do it for me and add to that he has a slight resemblance to Affleck which does turn me off. Bleh!! The only redeeming quality he has is that he played hockey for a team in Burbank. Other than that, he will never replace Michael Vartan.

What you will already notice and see more of once he is introduced is that he is supposed to be the opposite of Vaughn. Don't want to start a war or piss fest, but
Vaughn wasn't really all that FUN- I think this character is going to be good for Syd and hopefully the new girls will give Syd some cool new stuff to work with and against.
Vaughn is going to a better place as is Vartan - ALIAS will be different, but that's not always a terrible thing.

Getty is a good actor, no doubt, but I'd still rather see Vartan every week.
