Great update. The whole tattoo thing was hilarious. Like the whole you're not showering with me then. Oh and Jack needs to lighten up a bit, he's a little overprotective of Syd.

Tattoo Parlors are not supposed to give anyone a tattoo if they are under the influence of anything.
But, that doesn't mean they actually do that.
Sydney should have let Michael get his shower first. They, perhaps he would have had to answer the door fully dressed with Sydney in the shower. Jack could have assumed that Michael came over to visit that morning. But, that still would have left Michael alone with Jack for a little while.
Jack definitely had the worst timing here.
He needs to accept that Sydney is now an adult. He has a little say in who comes to her apartment for the next couple of months until Sydney is paying all the rent herself. Then, he will have no control over her.
I wonder if they even realized that they were talking marriage and kids with each other.
But, Michael has at least 2 more years of school in Philly. They have to wait at least that long.
But, that doesn't mean they actually do that.
