See, this is the reaction they count on. You dont believe, but you cant disprove, so you ridicule. Its pathetic. You just demonstrated why I dont normally waste time explaining what I believe to dimwits. It gives me a headache just trying to think down at your level.
Actually, you've demonstrated what @ByGoneYrs was talking about. BTW: Poking the bear to have a bit of fun doesn't mean that somebody doesn't believe or can't disprove, it just means that sometimes you need to lighten up.
BTW i have Aspergers. I expend far more effort and time in ascertaining the probable truth than most of you put together.
Care to explain what the former has to do with the latter?

No actually.

its a perfect opportunity for you to research something you know nothing about.

Off you go.

Oh, my, you really shouldn't make assumptions. No matter what your motivation for it being, whether consciously or unconscious, it make you look like somebody who can't defend what they are saying. As was said earlier, you don't know who you are talking to or what their own personal experiences & circumstances are. If you want to be rude to total strangers, hey, that's your call. You can try to defend it by a spectrum diagnosis claim and, for the most part, people will either accept that claim or ignore the behavior. You should be prepared, however, to back up what you say and defend it. It appears so far that you are unable to answer a simple question without getting upset.

Now here's a tip for you that maybe you don't realize. Most, if not all, of the regulars on this site are adults well into the middle-age or beyond periods of their life. And, yes, I do know what age you have listed on your profile. They know to treat each other with a bit of respect, even if they disagree with what is being said. Most also know to have a bit of patience with the younger members or those who may have difficulties. They expect others to act the same way. If you are unable to act without any decorum then understand that the onus is on you, not others.

Well speaking for myself, my first post within this thread shows that I believe in UFOs. I have even presented three different encounters that I can speak about, I have some others as well too. The three I listed are the strongest ones that helped me believe.

What have others experienced, I would rather hear about real encounters that others have encountered or that they can relay to the rest of us. I promise to keep a open mind and not say some snide rude comment to anyone for sharing an encounter. Also I treat others with kindness and respect and love to engage people in a conversation and debate on any given topic. I make no claim that I am all seeing and knowing, to do so only proves a given person is a total Troll A$$h@le.

I believe there is Unidentified Flying Objects.
I also believe there are Unidentified Floating Objects.

Given the size of the Universe and even the size of the galaxy and the density of stars and those star's propensity for planets I believe there are aliens out there.
What I have trouble with is Why Here?

I tried to engage, i gave my belief. You greeted it with ridicule. I doubt any of you even know about Kardeshev Filters.

I also appended a list of 50+ UFO encounters to explain. No one has even mentioned that.

I think we can see where the assholes reside, and their desire for intelligent discussion.

Attention to MODS...Self Serving Insulting Trolls that belittle others, are rude, speak down to others, as well think they are superior to others should be ignored as such pompous SO-N-SO!!!

Narcissism and hatred rules the younger generations.
Its a product of instant self-gratification and media overload.
They are a product of our own making.

To continue on, I had a roommate back in college who's father was a Mechanical Engineer, Millwright, and Metallurgist. The man had served in the German Navy on a U-Boat in WWII and now worked for the US Navy shipyards. His mother was an interpreter/translator at the UN (she spoke 13 languages). Now I liked my friends parents very much, very down to earth and direct people. I was older when I went to college but was after I got out of the US Army Airborne Rangers. Unlike all of my roommates other friends, I got along with his dad and mom very well. My last name is german, and I liked his dad's Beer (was thick as soup served warm), plus I could relate to him and could care less he served on a U-boat in the German Navy.

So once when I was over at my roommates parents home for dinner, we talked about a UFO sighting that was in the news. I then told his family at dinner about the three encounters I have listed in the above post. His father then told me the tale of a encounter they all had. He explained it was in northern PA in the mountains, while the family was at a picnic. Now my roommates two sisters were at this dinner and the one was married to a Doctor whom was also at that sighting as well. They all related different details of the sighting with what the UFO looked like with a flat bottom rectangle/square with a Top box structure with lights and etc. The details of what they saw was quite detailed down to shapes, colors, sound, feeling in the air, how high above the trees and off the ground it was. None of them felt that the sighting only lasted for maybe two minutes, and there was no loss of time either.

As I was sitting there I had a group of six people all telling me details that supported each other and gave a pretty complete picture of the sighting with depth of details. I totally believe that they saw what they said they saw. I almost could invision the UFO myself from what they all were telling me. His dad said that it was not US technology, as he worked on building/refitting US Warships.

For the record, guys, there is no plural staff here, there is just one person in the role of admin/support/moderator. I should do a '10 Questions' interview with them. :coffee: Oh, there's @Xiggy but he really doesn't help out much. :ROFLMAO:

As for the bickering that took place in this thread, a few Google searches shows that we were likely visited by a "troll" using a persona tailored to a sci-fi oriented site. C'est la vie.

Were they all describing the same craft but during different incidents?

No they all described the same craft from different point of views (different life experience: Engineer/Machinist, Linguist, Doctor, Nurse, Civil Engineer, and student Mechanical Engineer). People depending on what they had done in life will always see or pay attention to different details for any specific event and see different details or remember details that others might not have noticed.

That is very true. I see mechanic related things even in non-mechanical things.
