Music What Are You Listening To?

mlittle,

Curiosity item... does your media player generate the list for you or do you type the list up?

I use Rhapsody as my music player; what I normally do when creating a music list, Kevin, is I'll start with a song that I like and I'll use that as an anchor to build a list on. Sometimes I'll use the Mixer function to create a list; other times I'll look for a song or album that I like(Metallica's "Black" album comes to mind; that's the one with the coiled snake on the cover) and build a list off of that. I've got about 19 music lists there at the moment(when I was using Yahoo Music Jukebox, I had around 2 dozen or so lists). I also have Windows Media Player and Winamp, but I don't use either often for music(I use WMP for watching DVD's such as From the Earth to the Moon and Winamp for listening to IndyCar Series broadcasts online).

Ah, so it's a Rhapsody music list! I was wondering how you were getting those nice lists formatted all the time.

I used to use MusicMatch Jukebox as well but stopped after Yahoo took it over. These days it's just WinAmp (even have a license # for WinAmp from back in the day).

I should check out Rhapsodyl... for Christmas I'm hoping to buy myself a new toy so I'll need to check out what PC based players support which mobile players. I hate iTunes so no iPod for me.

Oh, and...
