Sorry if someone has asked this already but-when does the box set for Return of the King come out?? I wanna buy the box set but if it's not until November like the TT...I might as well buy the theatrical version of ROTK

By box set you mean extended version, right? In my rotk dvd thing it says it's supposed to come out during the holiday season, but that's all the info they give. You might want to check out amazon in a few months, usually they have the date of release beforehand.

i luved the LOTR movies, we own all 3 of them. the 3rd one seemed to drag out teh ending tho
Cool AV!!! I love it. I thought the end dragged, but that doesn't mean I didn't love what they showed. I think it could have blended together a bit better, but he was going to cut it off after Aragorn got crowned, and I wouldn't have liked that either.
Oh ya!! I am gone for three weeks and what do I return to? All LOTR not on the 1st, nor 2nd, but the THIRD page? Come on LOTR OF's we can do better than that!!!

I loved that part when Aragorn got crowned and then he saw Arwen...lovely part. I could love to have the movie end like that.

i'm having a hard time deciding which scene was my favorite, but i still think both viggo and orlando are hot. 
It is not a matter of pages or posts my friends, it is a matter of keeping this thread alive! :rip: I am not and never have been obsessed with Viggo or Orlando....however....I have been obsessed with Aragorn and Legolas. There IS a difference.
I wonder what all the scenes they'll be adding to the extended edition will be? I am POSITIVE that they will have the leaves scene with Arwen in a red and black dress, laying down in a forest with leaves falling around her, because that shot has been used for previews since BEFORE Fellowship even came out in the previews for all The Lord of the Rings films. I am excited for it though!
