Area 51 exist and is used for the purposes that is speculated?

Do you believe? Yes/No

Why did you answer this way?

Have you experienced any abnormalities in regards to the question above? If Yes, then, In what way?

Can you say for certain that any of the questions above has changed your views on how your life is to this point?

There will be a simple yes or no post with each of these threads i post with also a couple of generic questions in there also.

yes i believe it exist. yes i believe that it is used for anything from alien research to research and development of new weapons and spacecraft/aircraft.

why did i answer like this. hmmm, well it is hard to ignore the big fence around the 'supposed' property and the fact that you get stopped before you get there and what is the big deal to hide in the desert and that particular area? also the rumors cannot be ignored nor can they be refuted by the government that well.

any abnormalities? now that i started this post i am sure i will!:rolleyes:

it hasnt ever changed my life just peaked my interest over the years. later on i might have to refer you to the above answer just in case.:rolleyes:

of course there is an 'area 51', and it was used for extreme high-tech development (U-2, SR-71).
rumor has it it was used for the next-generation spy/subspace plane, the 'Aurora', which technically doesn't exist.
further rumors of course suggest the US has crashed/captured flying saucers there and are developing technology from them for our use.
latest rumor; A51 became so high-profile that all the cutting-edge stuff was taken to Alaska. the base continues to be high-security to give the Mulders a target.

There are Research & Development sites all over the world. The United States has bases in some of the least accessible places on Earth, so why put 'area 51' slap-bang in the middle of America?

Still, whilst the satellites of other nations are targeted there, they can't look anywhere else ...

Can they?

Absolutely... Stealth Bomber/Fighter... Other technology weather ours, other countries, or other worlds are researched and developed there...

Agree entirely. There is documented proof of an 'Area 51' so it is not even in question.

I had not heard Alaska before as a replacement; I would think that it would not allow for year-round testing. I thought the Area 51 replacement was another base in the same general area. Kind of like "OK, everybody, pack everything up and move to the right!" :D

why hide something that everyone knows is there? that is the good question.
It is cat & mouse game with other nations. In this day & age of global satellite imaging, the game is who can keep their secrets the longest before one side or the other accidentally leaves their super-secret spy plane out on the tarmac while its picture is being taken from space.

The UK just went through this recently with some of the submarine base showing up in Google Earth. The US public knows there is an "Area 51" as do other nations... if we all knew where it was you can be sure that there would be a nice gathering of satellites suddenly doing fly-overs.

And for those with a bit of sense of humor... :D

makes sense. never thought of it that way.

Area 51 is a decoy, set up by shadowy government agencies to direct tension away from the REAL alien presence in "Area 42"

'Area 51' exists, but i dont think it is where people think it is.

the whole conspiracy theory thing is a bit boring though, we'll never know the truth, and the endless speculation goes round in circles.

until i actually see an alien i wont actually believe it. surely thats what it means to be scientifically minded?

want to see an alien? my wife just got pregnant again and you ought to see her when she wakes up in the morning. cant figure out if i am going to lose my hair or go grey first. LOL

It exists, but not many people seem to care.
