Okay here’s more. I’m sorry it is short.

“Come here.” Vaughn said, there were agents starring at them as they stood in the middle of the ops center. Vaughn led her to the briefing room.
“Sit down.” He told her. She felt uneasy, for the first time he said that she had found out she was missing for two years and Vaughn was married. He looked at her with such longing, so much pain and regret.
“Vaughn?” Syd said
“Syd, I am so sorry for what I did to you, that night, was the worst night of my life. Your father and I looked so hard for you. But eventually we had to stop. I kept telling myself that somewhere, somehow you were still alive.” He stopped, tears formed at his eyes.
“No one had ever affected me like you have.” Vaughn looked away from Sydney.
“At your funeral, I spoke.” HE said remembering that day brought back the pain. Sydney was crying, she had affected him so much to the point that if she did die he would probably kill himself.
-Flashback-
Everyone was dressed ion black. It was a rainy Thursday afternoon. A grieving father stood in front of the empty coffin as a grieving lover sat quietly by himself.
“I know I wasn’t a good father to you. But I loved you more than you could have ever known. You made me the proudest father, to say you were my daughter. You will be missed. I’m so sorry Sydney.” Jack walked away in a trance. People tried to offer condolences but jack just kept walking the man was clearly shaken. Jack’s only weakness was Sydney. The priest walked over to Vaughn and tapped his shoulder.
“Son, it’s time for you to speak.” Vaughn slowly got up and walked to the podium next to the coffin.
“I met Sydney almost 2 years ago. Her life was so complicated. She had no one to trust everywhere she turned she was being lied to. It was a pleasure knowing agent Bristow. But it was an honor to know Sydney Bristow. Sydney was a great person, caring, funny, smart, beautiful. She saved my a** a few times.” Everyone giggled. “During this we formed a strong bond, one that grew more and more every time I saw her. Since the day I met Sydney I have always loved her, even though I couldn’t say until SD-6 was destroyed. It was against protocol for us to be together but we didn’t care. My father once told me that life isn’t worth living without love. Well at some times it does seem like that, but then I remember Sydney, she was always a fighter, she never gave up even if there were no way out. I will never love another woman the way I love Sydney. She is irreplaceable. There is no one in the world as great of a person as she is.”
-End Flashback-
Tears rolled from his eyes as he recalled that horrible day. Sydney sat silent she was fixed on his face.
He laughed a little. “I hate Thursday’s.” Vaughn said.
“Vaughn!” Sydney jumped over into his lap and hugged him. He just held her there. Her head was buried in his neck, he could fell the warm tears rolling down his chest.
“Sydney.’ He lifted her chin. “I love you.”
Vaughn leaned down, for the first time in 2 years Vaughn kissed her. It was as magical as their first. It got more intense by the moment. All of a sudden Will came in.
“Oh man!!! Sorry!!!” Will said, he ran back out the door. Sydney got up.
“That was embarrassing.” Syd said smiling.
“Yeah, oh I forgot we have a briefing.” Vaughn said. Sydney quickly sat in her chair as Kendall, Jack, Marshall, Weiss, and Will walked in.
“You two are early.” Kendall said. Syd and Vaughn just smiled at each other.
“As some of you are aware ms. Vaughn has been talking to Sark.” Kendall said.
“Ms. Smith. Her name is Smith.” Vaughn said. Syd just smiled.
“Anyway she was working for Sark. We don’t know what information he has or doesn’t have if we get any Intel at all we will inform you. Meanwhile Agent Vaughn I suggest you don’t go back home, can you find somewhere to stay?” Kendall asked. Vaughn looked at Sydney.
“That wont be a problem.”

SPOILER- Something happens close to home. You guy's can guess but i don't think you will get it right. lol. It is the last thing you will think of.
