I was really happy when the doctor turned out to be brave enough to turn the tables on the torturer (but they couldn't kill Jack, could they?). Jack B's as tough as our Jack. But I was sad that they didn't get that bigot who killed Yosif (I'm sure I spelled that wrong!) yet. (I was really sad to see him die!!! And poor Lynn!!!) It's nice to see that Tony's come around, though.

Capsule summary (hopefully I'm remembering the names right . . .):

Kate got the bigot/thieves to come to her house after money; Yosif (sp?) was left behind to die ( :( ).

Lynn got out of the closet by setting a wastebasket on fire but got tossed down a stairwell (again, :( ) in a struggle with the guard.

President Palmer is getting suspicious. The cabinet meeting is beginning.

Tony is working with Michelle despite Chappelle's insistence that he put everything behind verifying the validity of the tape. What's her name found out and tried to blackmail Tony into promoting her back over Michelle, but he fessed up to Chappelle instead. Yeah! :smiley:

The torturers kidnapped a doctor and dragged him down to revive Jack so that he could be tortured some more. A second guy killed the first because the boss didn't like the fact that the first guy "broke" Jack before he got the info. Then he forced the doc to inject Jack slowly with some lung-collapsing chemical to force the information out, but Jack talked the doc into loosening his restraints while the guy was busy with his team. When he came back, the doc injected the whole syringe into the bad guy's back, paralyzing his lungs. Jack jumped up and got the gun and shot the two other bad guys. He then extracted the name of the bad guy's boss by promising to shoot him (thereby shortening his suffering). Pretty grim! :blink:

(Of course Jack put on some clothes!)

Lynne was taken out to the hospital and, unable to speak, tried to point out the traitor to Palmer, but he grabbed her hand (drat!).

Then Jack went to the meeting place and found Yosif who was about to die but told him where Kate was. Jack went there and kept the thieves from killing Kate (who had seen them, so had to die . . .). But the really bad one is holed up in a bathroom (?) and threatening to crush the chip! :eek:

holy hanna! I need to start watching my tapes here! I have the last two weeks on tape. I gotta watch them, this show just keeps getting better and better.
 
holy cow, I just saw the eps I had on tape, and this last one was amazing! I can't believe what happened to Lynne! And the Jack torture scene? Man, that was intense.
 
I haven't watched the show yet, my mom does but I'm going to start watching it next season.

hmmmm... this series sounds really good and a lot of my alias buds also watch it but i have no clue what' s it about and can't seem to find a summary of the show! can anyone give me a brieft summary of the show?

Yeah, you should totally start watching it. The first season is on DVD, so you can always start there
 
im watchin series 2 in the uk and they have this deal on two channel that on one channel u watch the 1 4 that week and then only some people can switch over and watch next weeks ep after it
its great if u r going away cause then u can tape it and watch the 1 u r going to miss whixh is what i have done.

So did anyone see it tonight? Holy cow! I was kind of disappointed through most of it because of the whole president thing, but the ending? wow.
 
this was the first time watching it and i only watched it cuz i promised my friend i would and she promised she would watch Alias! lol but i only watched the first half hour cuz i was doing an essay do tmorw evn though im still not done and it's 11! anyways......

WHAT HAPPENED??? (at the end)
 
Well, the guy that Jack was searching for that supposedly wrote the microchip, apparently is working with the presidents wife. Looks like she's the one behind EVERYTHING.
