"so what's the score?" syd asked
"5-4kings" he answered his eyes plastered to the TV
"hey you know about work" syd said testing him
"yeah yeah sure" he said
"ok your a little to attaced to the screen mister" she said teasing him but he didnt even hear it
Sydney decided that she was goin to go get something to eat
slipping out the door she headed down the hall
"well you must handle hang overs well" the desk clerk said smiling to himself
"wh.. ohhh, yeah i took a shower and i feel alot better know thanks"
she said, even though her tone was polite she was giving him a stone cold look
walking over to the small cafe sydney, orderd two lattes to go and a couple muffins
walking back up to the room syd stared at the ring, she knew vaughn was planning on letting her keep it but she really wanted to hear him tell her.
"hey honey, i have food" she said walking through the door
"hhmm yeah ok" he said totally lost in the game
"heres your latte" she said handing it to him
"thanks" he said not taking his eyes off the game
after the game ended, vaughn and syd dicided against swimming and opted for a movie they would be playing in a sub level of the resort.
As they walked down thay talked about their parents, and how vaughn had come to accept what his mother had done and did not hold that against syd in any way. Reaching the back of the movie room, they found it was packed, the only spot for them to sit was a small corner in the back. Sitting down in the oversized recliners, they made themselves comftorable, as a young boy came around passing popcorn and coke. "mam, sir ?" he asked holding up the food
"sure why not" syd said taking the food
"fine by me" vaughn said, taking the popcorn and narrowly escaping spilling the coke all over him

Dud duh duh duh duhduhduhduhduhd duh duh duhda

"aww man not again" vaughn moaned
"yes star wars" syd squealed
"what, think hayden might move in on your teritory?"
syd teased
"not a chance, that stupid canadian couldnt get within a 5 foot radius of you with out gettin hes butt kicked" vaughn annoced kissing sydney when he was finished
"hey you two love bird, shut up" a lady turned around and scolded them
"sorry" they apoliagized
enjoying the rest of the movie, syd and vaughn left in need of some more food
"well the only place to eat is the resorts resturant"
"hey first do you think we could go to the beach and watch the sunset first"
"whatever you want milady"
vaughn said but syd was already out the door

***a few minutes later

"there is no one i would rather be here with" syd said resting her head on vaughn wile staring up at the colorful sun set
"I want you to keep it, the ring i mean" vaughn said turning as red as syds wig was the first day they met
"really, michael I love you so much"
"consider it a promise ring until I can figure out a way to by pass protocal"
"I am yours forever" she said kissing him

"but syd what about protocal and work, and all of your friends dont you want them to be there?"

"yeah but think about it, even if there is and SD-6, takedown we will all have to go into hiding, and getting married is our only way of making sure the witness protection will keep us together"
she said
"syd come on, you can't do this to me, you know that if I could I would marry you right here now" he almost shouted
"then why not" syd pouted
"because, I want a big wedding with all our friends and family, and flowers and a hall and a big reception" he smiled as he talked
"fine" she outed more leaning against michael

**************on there way back to paris at the end of the week**********

"im really glad this happened" syd said looking out the window while talking to michael
"so am i" vaughn said kissing her forehead as they stopped at a red light
"so we check out and then we will, go back on different sights."
"ok"

***at the hotel in paris gathering up things they left below***

"hey michael, we have a message'' syd told him looking at the blinking light on the phone
"k listen to it" he answered
you must leave now they heard kendalls voie over the speaker
sark killed sloane and a couple other high officials, your father is ok but he is wounded badly and is in the ICU, the alliance has sent out many higer officials to go after anyone that was missing from SD-6 when sloane was killed. COMEBACK NOW, when you get this go to the baranka gate at the airport and tell the clerk that you are sarah and micahel they will know who you are and oput you on a private plane that wil take you back here, dont check out of the hotel, go now
"oh my god" syd said
"come on come on, unless there is anything you really need leave everything else, lets go" vaughn shouted
the ran out the door and a few minutes later arrived at the airport
after notifying the attendant they were boarded onto a plane and headed towards L.A.
***at CIA headquarters***
"agent bristow agent vaughn"kendal greeted them
"agent oren will take you to where you need to go"
they walked into a small room, agent wiess was there two as well as her father now in a wheelchair
"here is some paper and pens, you need to write everyone down that you think should go into witness protection also, and hurry" agent oren instructed
sydney had already started writing, her list was not pretty short

Vaighns was even shorter it included wiess and a few other agents as well as some family members
"done?" agent oren asked
"yes" every body chimed in
"ok these people will be brought here in about an hour, do yo want to tell them or do you want up to?"
"i will" sydney piped up
"ok, i will have some food brought for you"
as soon as agent oren closed the door sydney rushed over to her father
"dad are you ok" syd asked looking exteremly worried
"yeah im fine" he lied
"what happed?" vaughn asked
"well, I saw Sark kill Sloane, trying to run out he threw his nifeat my foot, but he had bad aim and it hit my shin" He said
"oww" syd said
"well how was your trip, and what happened because everybody can tell that you are glowing syd" weiss directed the question to sydney but was smiling at vaughn
"oh shut up eric" vaughn said blushing
"ill tell everybody later I promise" syd said sliping the ring onto her pointer finger


AN HOUR LATER

"would you please come with me" agent oren instructed
they all got, except jack, and walked, or rolled, out the door and were led into a room, there was everyone on their list.
"syd" francie shouted, tears in her eyes
"what is going on" she asked
"he hey its ok, youll see, everythng will be ok
"ok please go this way" agent oren directed, they were led to a small tar mak where they loaded 747.
"mrs. bristow please take your friends and family and explaine what is going on, same with you mr. vaughn and so on"
agent oren said
sitting everyone down syd said" ok I know this will be very hard for you to beleive but you HAVE to let me finish"
"syd, why are we being taken away by the CIA" dixion said, where is sloane?"
"dead" syd answered
"what"dixion screamed
"wait this is CIA" franci said
"ok listen, I work as a double agent, yes dixion, for the CIA and SD-6, pretty much SD-6 told me they were the CIA even though they were bad, when danny was killed , my dad also a CIA agent told me the truth aabout SD-6. And yes franci when i got a job at the bank that was just my cover i was really being trained as an SD-6 agent. recently my boss was killed, and now we have to go into witness protection"
she blurted out
"you have got to be kiding me" francie said
"hey that was my exact reaction when i found out" will said
"whoa hold up, he knew" francie said
"yeah, and he isnt a druggie he just needed a cover"
"whoa i really need to take some tylenol or something" amy said
"look anything you want from your house, wil be retreived by a CIA team and sent to wherever we are going, if you want any family members to came, you can"
"syd you are glowing, what have you been up to the last week" francie said out of the blue
"im engaged" she blurted out so excited she completly forgot about not telling anybody
"oh my god syd, to who"
"see him" syd said pointing to vaughn
"yeah" francie and amy said at the same time
"well he has been my handler at the CIA for the past two years, you know Joeys pizza?"
"yeah" franci answered
"well that was him, that was how the CIA contacted me" syd said
"whoa thats pretty cool, but wait lemmme see your ring"
putting it back on her ring finger syd smiled a francie drooled over it
seeing vaughn look over at her, she shruged
vaughn walked over
"hey francie, hi im vaughn" vaughn introdced himself
"Hi, congratulations" francie smiled at him
"thank you"
"whoa" he said looking at amy
"wait syd, no its not you, but god" he said looking at syd for help
"oh this is amy, sorry amy, but one time I went on a mission and I used you as an alias, when i first met vaughn i was still in disguise as you"
she explained
"oh that makes sense now" vaughn said
"im sorry amy, i dint mean to offend you" vaughn appologized
"dont worry about it , ive gotten worse" amy accepted his apology
"hey man" he said shakin hands with will
"cingratlations, syds really lucky, but what happened to alice?" wil asked smiling
"its a long story, ill tell you later" vaughn answered
"wait so when are you getting married" francie asked
"well we arent sure we didnt really plan on this happening" vaughn said
"well then we have some serious planning to do" francie said
"what planning" jack said coming over
"wait dont tell me, first we are headed for a secluded island in the carribean, just so you know, we will stay there in a sfe house, until all this maddness has been cleared up and then they wil lfind permanent homes and jobs for you on the island, now what plans?"
"um dad...we are engaged" syd said turning crimson
"well congratulations" jack answered in a flat tone, he then turned around in his wheel chair and left
"hey so gossip says that you guys are gettin married"
weiss said
"yup" vaughn answered
"man i told you, look in honor of this you can have my broken yoyo"he said reaching into his poket and handing vaughn the yo-yo
"sorry guys, this is my best friend eric, he is also and agent"
"hey eric, everybody said in unison
"hey I feel like i am at and AA meeting" weiss teased
"haha very funny" syd said

After the shock wore in, particulary for francie and amy, everyone decided to play a game of poker.
Well that ended up badly, eric lost his best yo-yo, francie lost her hair clip(a birthday present from charlie) amy has to dye her hair brown for a week, and syd and vaughn cant talk to each other for an hour (they both ran out of money.)
"hey dad" syd said as her father wheeled his way over to her
"dad, how come they didnt make you head of SD-6?"
syd asked
"because, I couldn't o that, Cristophe asked me, but i refused, that is why I left because I knew they would kill me eventually the only reason they allan didnt kill me then and there is because I told him i would think about it"
"ohh"

AT THE ISLAND THAT NIGHT******

Vaughn and syd sat there cuddled in each others arms, glowing at the fact that they could be seen in public together and everybody knew about them it wasnt a secret any more.
"syd I love you" vaughn wispered in her ear
"and i l------" ahe couldnt finish
"Sir, this is supposed to be given to you"
meet on roof now, both of you
they read the note looking up at each other in confusion
"hey do you have your gun" syd whispered to vaughn worriedly
nodding his head he stood up holding out one hand to help sydney up with and one reaching into his coat poket in case he needed to take out his gun
"come on be careful though and stay behind me" vaughn said under his breath
going up the stairs they finally reached the roof
releaved they found it was only kendall and jack
"thats a relief" syd sighed
"Agent bristoe vaughn congratulations, you are getting married and breaking protocal all at the same time" kendall said frowning
"now we cant afford to lose you, brisowand you vaughn"
"so you will be unemployed to the towns people you are suported by your rich relatives, but you will also be going on various missons for the CIA, so dont get used to being off duty"
kendall explained
"dad what about you" syd asked
"i will lay low until this whole thing blows over, then i will go on various missions here and there" he answered
"ok, but can we please go back to our dinner"
"yes but here" kendall handed then each a pager"when this goes off go to the place that shows up on the screen, and meet there where you wil be breifed on your mission got it" he asked
"yes" they said hurridly really wanting to get back to their romantic dinner
walking down they were in a kind of daze stuck between the shock and disapointment that they still had to work and they amazing amount of love between them.
as they sat back down for dinner they ordered and waited for their food
"so how come everybody else got their house but we have to wait till 10:30 for ours, i mean what could they have to do" syd complained
"i dont know, but I can't wait, you do relize that it will be OUR house i mean together" he said
"yes and i can hardly wait" she answered beaming
After eating they walked back to the slek black car they had been given by the CIA until their cars could be transported here, this was onlly one of the many things they had recived. They also got clothes, a signifigant amount of money to last them until they were set up with jobs and aliases and furniture and houses.
"hey we still have an hour till we can go in the house, and when Francie told me she said the guy who told her looked pretty serious when he said he didnt want us there until after ten thirty" she explained
"well we have anhour to kill you want to go walk around on the beach
after they found a nice secluded beach area they parked the car, walked to a nearby sho pand baught two towels and then found anice quiet spot, where they put down the towels and sat, watching the sun set.
"it's so beautiful" syd exclaimed resting her head on vaughn as they laid down staring at the moon reflecting off the water
after some talking they kissed and kissed and kissed until they relized that it was already ten fortfive and wanted to go see their house. They ran back to the car and drove the short way to the house.
"wow" sydney said in amazement
the house was mostly glass and white, they stepped inside their feet cold against the light hardwood floor, but they quikly moved over into the living room and their feet sunk in the white carpet. they looked around at the black leather furniture and the big screen tv.
"you know it is really really quite, i thought there would be someone here" vaughn said
"hey lets go check out the bedroom" syd said
they walked up the stairs but at the landing vaughn stopped syd and started to kiss you pulling away he said "syd i love you" "you do know that is about the tenth time you have told me that" she teased him they kissed somemore and moved towards the door. they stood there for a while still kissing when the door opened
SURPRISE
everyone screamed
syd and vaughn barely noticed they were totally out of it and they kept on kissing
"hey sy, SYD" Francie came up to syd and yelled
"ohh sorry" she said both of them turning crimson
"wait what, why are you here" she asked confused
"look around" francie told her
as people moved around she saw, almost an exact replica of her bedroom at home
"that is why you couldnt come, amy and I thought that after we heard whta happened we knew this was going to be hard for you so we talked to the bald guy and he said your things would be getting here in a few hours and we decided that since the room was already somewhat the same, a little painting and rearanging wouldnt hurt us so we all put our effot and we did this for you"
"i cant beleive this" syd said tears in her eyes
she said still embracing vaughn she looked at him
"i love it" he said staring back down at her
"hey man come here" eric said looking at vaughn and opening a door
"its your bathroom" he said laughing
"man you are the best you know how much I would have missed my bathroom" vauhghn teased
"the only difference is that francie insisted that we keep the tub for syd" eric said sruggin
"fine by me" vaughn said
"OK everybody party isnt over yet go to the kitchen ice creams in the freezer, we should leave these two alone" francie said smiling devilishly
"ok out you heard her" vaughn said making sydney turn pink
"oh yeah syd i forgot, francie said whispering, there is a tv in the cabnet and your favortite wine is in the bottom drawer and i will make sure to keep the rest of them downstairs for you two" francie whispered
"ok thanks" syd said smiling at her friend
they watched their friends and family filter out of the room
"hey come here" vauhgn said patting a spot next to him on the bed "come watch some TV with me"
turning on the TV they heard a song come over they speakers
syd rested her head against vaughn as she lstened to the words

why did these stupid songs always make her cry
"hey hey its ok, syd its ok" vaughn stroked her hair calming her
"its just that it was hard to tell francie and everyone that i had been lying to them for so long and, they they handled it so well I just.. It was just really hard" she said
"i understand, its going to be ok though" he promised

“hey I know what will make you feel better” Michael said standing up and grabbing his coat
“ill be back in no more then ten minutes” he explained
“no please stay please” Sydney pleaded reaching her hand up to Vaughn.
Taking it, he promised that he would be back soon. As she watched him walk out she saw Will walk through the doors.
“hey Syd” he said sitting down next to the bed
“Francie wanted me to come up here and tell you that she made martini’s if you want one” he said “um sure” she said pulling herself out of bed
“hey before you go down I just wanted to say ..Congratulations there is nobody else that is better suited for you then Michael” he said smiling at her
“thanks will that means a lot to me” she said giving him a hug.
“so where are those martini’s I heard about” she asked Francie when she got downstairs amazed at the size of the kitchen which she hadn’t yet seen
“here you go” Francie said to Syd
“hey Francie I think I’m gonna head upstairs I don’t feel very good” she said “are you ok honey” Francie asked worried “oh yeah I just.. its been a long day and very hard to” she explained before she slipped away up to her room and started crying again. “Hey, honey I’m home” Vaughn said coming into the room “you might not want to go back downstairs, Amy is so drunk that she is asleep and Eric is so wasted that he is talking to a tree” he said
“Hey, are you ok” he asked worriedly looking up at Sydney her head bent and tears streaming down her face. “Ok stay there” he said “again” she moaned. Vaughn went into the bathroom and turned on the hot water in the bathtub pulling out of a shopping bag he poured a bottle of lavender bubble bath into the bathtub. “Ok what is wrong?” he asked walking out of the bathroom “wait what did you do?” Syd asked him. “you will see, but what is wrong” he asked again “well I just realized that I ruined everyone’s life down there, they may not understand yet but I mean Amy and Francie, oh god Francis restaurant I bet she didn’t even think of that and what about you I have completely ruined your life” she sobbed on his shoulder. Pushing her away so he could see her he said Francie understands that what happened was for her safety and she can find a restaurant here, and what in bloody hell made you think that you ruined my life? Syd you are the most important thing in my life, I would give up everything for you” he said holding her close to him “come here” he said getting up and leading her into the bathroom. “Oh Michael you didn’t have to” she said hugging him “enjoy,” he said stepping out and closing the door. Stepping out into the room he heard Syd calling him. “Yeah, what do you need?” he said looking at Syd, who was obviously very relaxed. “In the cabinet under the TV there is a bottle of wine, do you think you could pour me a glass?” she asked “sure” said Vaughn smiling at her.

THE NEXT MORNING*****
“Hey” Syd said snuggling up close to Vaughn
“Hey” he said kissing the back of her head
****Downstairs
“Hey you two” said Francie giving them that look as they walked down stairs still in their pajamas
“Is everybody still here?” Syd asked looking at the people asleep in various places
“Nah, a couple people left” Francie explained as she stirred whatever she was cooking
“So how did you two sleep” Francie asked smiling at them
They stared at each other “perfect” they said remembering what happened after Syd had gotten out of the bath, Vaughn turned crimson and Francie just stared at Syd.
“So you two love birds up for omelets?” Francie asked
“Oh Michael you have never experienced Francie’s cooking, you are in for a treat” Syd told Vaughn
“Good, but first, Francie excuse us for a minute” said Vaughn grabbing Syd by the hand and pulling her out the front door “wait where are we going?” Syd called after him “Eric is in for a big surprise” Vaughn called back as he ran into the small drug store and headed for the hair care products “hey what are you doing” Syd asked as she watched Vaughn pick up the blue hair dye “one word honey.... Eric” he said walking up to the cashier “well is that it” the cashier asked “yep” Vaughn said pulling some money out of his pocket.
“Come on” he said running back to the house. He knelled down next to where Eric was and slipped a towel under his head and the proceeded to drench Eric’s head with the blue goo.
“I can’t believe you did that” Syd said staring at Vaughn
“I’ve been meaning to get him back since college” Vaughn said chuckling
“Hey you guys omelets are ready” Francie called
About half way through their breakfast they heard
“Michael what the hell did you do” Eric screamed
“That is for senior year and Jacob” Vaughn yelled this caused others to wake up
“hey you two sure are smiley this morning” Amy commented laughing
“yeah come on spill you two” will said as Eric walked in
“hey what are you smiling that much for I know that the hair isn’t that funny” Weiss said as he looked at Syd and Vaughn who were cuddled together
“first, yeah the hair is funny enough and as for all three of you meddlesome people that is for us to know and you to not find out” Syd explained
“fine but I kinda like the hair Eric” Amy said
“Hey dad” Syd said as her father entered the room
“How did you sle or never mind I don’t want to know and what the hell happed to your hair agent Weiss”
Jack asked
“Don’t ask” Eric said glaring at Vaughn
“oh hey you guys, I was reading this newspaper and I read about this great club that is having its opening tonight, you want to go?”
 
Okay, sweetie, first off, I've got one word for you- Spellcheck! You've got a good storyline here but you don't have to type so fast that you don't have time to check it over... we can wait! Also, separate your sentences and paragraphs. Half the time I don't know who's talking. Just capitalize and the story will be perfect!
