addicted to spoilers

My New Year's resolution is to stop reading spoilers, not just for Alias, but for Buffy and Angel too. I really want to do this, because I think tv would be so much more fun if I didn't know what was going to happen.

My main problem is reading Wanda's column at E!Online. I'm going to have to go cold turkey on it. She has this annoying habit of telling you she won't blow the big spoiler, and then playing 20 questions by telling you everything it *isn't* until you can't help but narrow it down. I already know more than I want to know about some big shockers coming up on Alias. So I'm not looking at her column again until it's a couple of weeks old, then I won't be in danger. But it's so hard!!! :( :(
