Alias Bead Pattern

    To make this key chain you will need: about 8ft of cord, 54 9x6mm white beads, 86 black beads, and of course a key ring. This chain turns out to be much bigger then the pattern, so don't worry. You can buy beads, lanyard, and keyrings at WalMart!!The blue has nothing to do with the pattern.

    Step One: Fold cord in half. Insert loop end through ring. Pull cut ends through loop to make knot as shown below.

    Step Two: Weave beads onto cord following bead diagrams. (Hint: Insert one end of cord through a row of beads, then insert the other end of cord back through the same row of beads going the opposite direction.) Pull cord for a tight weave at each row.

    Step Three: Tie with knots. Trim excess cord.

    Picture to help explain Step Two: The arrow represents that the second string without the beads is to go through the beads from the opposite direction.

    I changed the bead size. I looked it up and it is really 9x6 mm!

    That is if I had a digital camera. I guess I'm cheap and only buy the cheap cameras.
