Alias on Mondays?

There have been rumors going around that Alias is being moved to Mondays. We will find out for sure on May 13, thanks to this news from The Futon Critic-

Due to popular demand, here's a list of the date, location and time each of the seven major networks announce their fall 2003 schedules:

ABC Upfront Sales Presentation

Date: Tuesday, May 13, 2003

Where: The New Amsterdam Theater, New York, NY

When: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm EST

duh! why can't they move it to tuesday or wednesday? plus, maybe there won't be a monday night football, but a thursday, wednesday, or saturday night football. hehe like that would happen.

if moving the show will attract a bigger audience and possibly sustain ALIAS longer than if it was on sundays, i don't care if is on at 2 in the morning. whatever will keep it around, i mean, its not like we won't watch it if it moves

ALIAS is all me and my friends talk about on Mondays ...if they move it we wont have anything to talk about (tear tear) and we will have to wait until Tuesday to talk about it! AHHHHHHH!!!

lol. i don't want it on mondays. i always have so much hw and part of the fun is it being on the weekend. if it was on the weekdays it would take away some of the fun. and that wouldn't be nice.

NO!! i like it on Sundays cuz i have nothing that night and especially its like the highlight of my week. . its a good start for my week tehehe. .yep BristowBabe782 thats all we talk bout on Mondays and practically the whole week :D !! SO they CAN'T change it!!

But I'm sure the only reason ABC would do this would be if they thought it was the best thing for the show. They finally realize that Alias is their best drama, and I think they're actually showing some support for it. On Sunday, it's up against some pretty stiff competition, like Law&Order, Malcolm in the Middle, and come fall, The Sopranos. If it could get better ratings on Monday and have a better shot at a fourth season, wouldn't you rather have it there?

To me, it doesn't make much difference when it's on. If it was moved to 4:00 in the morning, I'd still watch it!

They should put it after the bachelor...its the most deserving show of that time-slot...especially with the female viewers that will carry over from the bachelor...since both shows have a mostly female audience...

Yeah, and if they felt the need to advertise during "The Bachelor" with scenes of shirtless Vaughn....I'd definitely support that marketing decision. ;)

(After all, they always advertise with half-naked Syd. Share the love, people!)

but what if people start getting tired of "the bachelor" and ratings drop ... that would mean that "Alias" ratings will drop too ... so, they have to see the pro's and the con's ... and with American viewership, you never know ... see Surviror ... when it started it was # 1 every week, now its in the top 10, but not in top 3 ... and "Bachelor" was # 18 this week in ratings news ...
