After the devasting disappearence of Sydney with no way to be found, do you think Vaughn went into the arms of his former lover?

Please let it not be!!!
But if not her, then who?
do you think it's someone we know, or someone new...
a CIA agent, or just some girl off the street, haha.

Anyways... I was just thinking about the time that had passed. Was it only a year and a half after Sydney moved on after Danny's death... just a thought.

I'm just thinking that its kind of insenstive of Vaughn to move on and GET MARRIED after just two years. If he and really liked Sydney it would have taken him a year to get over her death and start to get back to normal. Then maybe start dating for a couple months. But not get married! It just seems too sudden. JJ better have something good in store! :lol:

I think I'd cry if it was Alice.....but still Vaughn did say they had been over for a while after talking to Syd. And yes, that's because of Syd, but hopefully he and Alice just weren't meant to be.

And can you just imagine all the explaining that's going to have to be done? I'm just overwhelmed at the thought! But excited too of course!

I think that it could only be Alice. It would be impossible to give up looking for Syd, grieve for her, meet somebody else, start dating, fall in love, get engaged, and get married in 2 years. But with Alice he already had an established relationship that was comfortable, if not passionate. She probably swooped in and took care of him, and he accepted that this was the most he could expect to get out of life without Syd.

Of course, keep in mind, I'm still part of the "Vaughn isn't married" club because I don't think this whole "2 years in the future" thing is going to play out all next season. Maybe for a few episodes, but I don't think it'll be permanent.

i agree with all of you guyz!!vaughn cannot be married to alice and in 2 yrs!!! big no no!!syd and vuaghn belong 2gether!!!i hope syd wakes up in a hospital bed holding vaughn's hand and this is all a bad dream!!!A VERY BAD DREAM!!! i am very mad at jj for giving us such a big cliffhanger!!! instead of waiting for a week i have to wait the reat of spring, the whole summer and a little bit of fall!!! jj is really trying to kill me!!!!!!

I think Vaughn is married to Irina ... thats why he needed to come-back to explain ... maybe Irina promised him, that if he wanted to keep Syd alive he needed to marry her ... and in time, he would see her again ...

Or what if he just married a week before Syd re-appears, and thats why he was called to come-back from his honeymoon ...

You know.....you're completely right. I never thought about it. Wow, that just really made me think! I tried to think of something to say about it, but I realized that it's the same position all over......
Only thing I can think of is that Vaughn would be looking for her for a long while...taking up some of those two years!
