Sydney walked into the CIA safehouse. Her whole body shook. The body gaurd came to meet her.
"Agent Bristow?" he asked. Sydney nodded and followed him to a large bedroom/room. A bed was in the middle.
"We'll send for someone." the gaurd reassured before leaving. Sydney walked over to the bed and sat down. She lifted up her shirt only to reveal a totallly healed scar. She heard voices outside the door. She stood up to greet the officer who would come get her. To her surprise, Vaughn walked in. A huge grin spread across her face.
Sydney hugged Vaughn. He stood there looking forward. Sydney choked and shook her head. "They doubled Francie."
Vaughn nodded, "I know."
Sydney looked at him with curious eyes, "What happened to Will, Francie? Are they dead?"
"Will’s OK."
Sydney wiped a tear that was rolling down her face. "What? How?"
"You. Sit down." Vaughn motioned to a bed. She slowly walked over and sat down.
Sydney looked into Vaughn’s dark eyes "Vaughn?"
Vaughn ran a finger through his brown hair, then looked at her with sympathy. "We thought you were dead… They asked me to come back to, um, to explain."
"Come back from what? What are you talking about? Vaughn, why are you wearing that ring?" Sydney said in a panicky voice.
Vaughn hesitantly muttered. "Syd, since that night you were missing…you’ve been missing for almost two years."
"What!" Sydney cried. A stream of tears rolling down her face.
"Sydney! Wait." Vaughn yelled.
"Just tell me this…who…did…y…you get mar…married too?" Sydney sputtered.
"This woman," Vaughn replied a little to quickly.
"Oh my gosh! You got married to another woman!" Sydney screamed.
"Basically…yes." Vaughn shook his head.
