What do you prefer? I definately prefer B & N!! In my area, we have B. Dalton (which is owned by B & N). I worked there at Christmas time, and it's soooooooo much better than Borders!!

i like barnes better. i know both barnes and borders are big huge corporations but barnes just has more of a home-y feeling about it. borders just seems so fake.

It really makes no difference to me. But I prefer B n N b/c they organise the books better then Borders. You should have scene how long it took me to get the Alias books from Borders because they were on a big shelf with all the other teen books. However Borders does actully give discounts...five bucks off when you get a punch card punched out with 10 holes. I'll say B n N b/c there is one kind of near me...I can take the train there. Theres only one bookstore in all of Queens! There's like 25 of them in Manhattan! Unfairness.

They just remodeled our B+N where i live. When i say remodeled, i mean tore down and built a new building. Such a waste. the new one is all nice looking but i think the books are stinky. :P

Yes! Go... go!! As I said before... B. Dalton is also a Barnes and Noble store, so it counts too!!

I don't know... people just have a tendency to be smarter at B&N than at Borders...

    Yes, Vicki... F-O-X... :ROFLMAO:
