How many cell heads, if any do you think were caught? We know for a fact that SD-6's Mr. Sloane wasn't captured, what about the other 11. Do you think that will make a difference in the upcoming episodes or have something to do with Part 2, 3 etc.?
I think all of them were captured. Sloane wasnt only because he was missing, but the other cell heads werent missing, so chances are they were in their offices.

They probably got all of the cell heads. Remember, Sloan wasn't technically a "head" when the raids went down. He was replaced, which was his plan all along.
