I believe that Jack can be a good Father-in-law. He´s strict, impassive. His face factions are hard ... But he is noble, just, a good person. And he acepts Vaughn as His daughter´s husband.

I agree. I mean, just because he might not like Syd's husband, he will always respect that they are married. I think he would be an awesome FiL!!

Jack has always shown signs that he respects Sydney's right to make her own choices romantically. His assistance in freeing Noah despite his better judgment (and to his professional detriment) is testiment to that. Even if he had personal reservations regarding Sydney's choice of husband, he would be likely to bite that back and make the best of it. He might not be a warm father-in-law, but he would most certainly not be an interfering one, any more than he is interfering in matters of his daughter's dating life.

Considering Vaughn's baggage with Irina, if he's the groom, it might be a nightmare. Otherwise, it might be OK as long as Irina didn't have a reason to play hubby for any reason . . .

Jack a good father-in-law? Why not? If I were Sydney's hubby, I think I'd be more worried about Irina -- how would you like to have an "opportunistic sociopath" for a mother-in-law? :lol: I know those were Jack's words, but she's spent most of the season proving him right, IMO.

I agree I think Jack would make a good father-in-law. Talk about family issues with Irina as a mother-in-law. As if we didn't have a great deal of them already........ ^_^
