I'm like Mountaineer, my local bookstore (Barnes and Noble) is like a second home. I've been known to spend an entire day there either kicking back in the lounge, perusing the magazine rack or walking around with my arms loaded, my brother absolutely REFUSES to go with me any more. I have to be very careful whenever I go in there because it's nothing for me to walk out with my wallet one or two hundred dollars lighter. My tastes are ecclectic, ranging from Horror fiction to spy thrillers. From biographies to text manuals. I've been reasearching for a character I created who suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder and bought a book detailing clinical perspectives on the subject for a mere $68. The punchline? I haven't even read it yet!

I like to read but I don't read as much as I should. I only read certain things though, because if it isn't all that interesting to me I won't be able to concentrate on it. Anyway, I voted for sometimes.

I generally like to read anything, however I am more enclined to read something by an author I have read before and enjoyed, so I chose the second from the top.

I wouldn't be able to live with out reading. Ok, so technically I could, but you know what I mean. I don't like being assigned something to read though, it just takes something out of the book.

Not really...sometimes if you're reading a book with your teacher/class, then you get to understand it more and can see all the hidden meanings...even if you can't see them then the class can explain them to you.
I read Animal Farm with my teacher...amazing book, and i would never have read it if she hadn't assigned it...at the moment we're reading Macbeth. It would bore me to death if she didn't help explain..

Well....It's not horrible all of the time, but when you have to do all the felgercarb with essays and assignments, I get sick of the book really fast.

O god!!! PLEASE DO NOT remind me of the written work she gives us to do on Macbeth...it's horrible..
O we saw this older version of Macbeth with Ian Mckellan and Judy Dentch (sp?) and IAN WAS FROTHING AT THE MOUTH...honestly it was sickening...

I love to read sometimes..If the book looks interesting then I would read it....But if the book came form a movie that I like(or the other way around)then I would read it too..But mostly sometimes or if I'm in the mood....
