Some people may be mad at me after saying this, but this season just hasn't been very good. Alias lost the feeling it had the first season. I think it lost two things
1) The first season seemed believable. This season has just been too out there. Is everyone in LA a spy?
2) Syd's home life. It doesn't exist anymore. The times when Syd came home from work and played games with RealFrancie, Will, and Amy were some of my favorite scenes. Those are far and few between nowadays. When they are, we have to suffer with the akwardness--Will knowing the truth and the Fracinator who knows the truth but can't let anyone else know that she knows.
As the show progressed this season, it got even worse in my view. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good show, but not as good as it was and could be.
If Alias makes it through next season (remember, it was just renewed, that doesn't mean it can't be cancelled next season), I don't think there will be a fourth, unless JJ gets his act together and brings back what Alias used to be.
