I debated whether to include the "She will gut you" moment vs 3 moments from Salvation--but what the hey. Salvation was the big father/daughter ep of the season, so it deserves its due. (oops, looks like you can't put italics in a poll. Sorry about that!)

So what do you think? What's your fave?
;)

my fav is most definitely the part where she's listening to his explanation of why he turned himself in,in Salvation I loved that part I cried

i loved their agruement at the end of indicator but i also loved when she saved him at the end of phase one!one a good improvement on their relationship and the other not soo good!lol

I choose when Syd saved Jack in Phase One. The picture of her running down the hall with her gun with such a look on her face popped into my head.

so far ( cuz i haven't watched the whole season yet) the indicator scene, under the rain, and the music was so fitting, it was just awesome.

I was torn between the kiss and Syd hearing Jack's explanation for turning himself in. Ended up voting for the kiss because that was so damn cute.

mmmm I can't really decide!!! I like the one where she tells Jack she can never forgive him for what he did, because he looked hurt, and a wee bit regretful. To me, it sort of put him in his place, let him know that he actually hurt her. But I liked a lot of the other moments too...however, I did NOT like when they hugged after Irina was taken away because Jack framed her. That was evil and completely nauseating...I was so pissed Jack had made his own daughter call herself stupid, and she really isn't/wasn't.

But the one in Salvation where she heard why he turned himself in, that was a "touching moment" because you don't normally hear Jack talk like that, we've never even heard him say "I love you" to his daughter, or anything along the lines of letting his daughter know he loves her. I thought it was funny in...The Passage Part I, I believe, where Jack's contact was like...is dis who I dink it is? and he started talking about how Jack brags about her

mmm, just remembered, another thing I liked as one of their "moments": (again in Salvation) when Sydney and Jack were on the plane and she was telling him how she thought that Jack had loved Irina so much, that when she "died" he lost his soul. It was really the truth, and it was interesting to see his reactions and responses. Her remarks really cut deep it seemed, and it gave us some insight on whether or not he feels

Well, she really did trust her mother too much--and was letting herself be sucked into personal discussions too much--you have to admit. Plus he didn't force her to say she was stupid, that was her own conclusion. Frankly, Jack couldn't do anything like say, "No you weren't," because he was far too choked with emotion to speak. We're talking about a guy who normally keeps his emotions completely bottled up, and here he is clutching his daughter like he thought he'd lose her forever (which, actually, was the case). As things eventually played out, Jack's warnings were confirmed, if not in physical devastation, certainly in emotional devastation.

(Acutally, I think it's Part II, where they disguise themselves as natives and get substandard equipment, much to Irina's dismay.) And he cuts him off, too. Guess he still doesn't want his daughter to know how much she really means to him. Hm, I wonder why . . .
;)

 whoops, lol, I knew that, just forgot to make it Passage part II

And yeah, I know what you mean, that Jack couldn't exactly tell her, but I was still mad all the same

I can understand that! It was pretty underhanded, however he might feel driven to it--but I have to forgive him because he thought he he had to do it to save Sydney.
;)

I loved the scene in Second Double. It was so sweet. Though I pretty much love all Syd/Jack scenes. The family dynamic of this show is just so good, there really isn't a word for it.

Hurrah! Now I can fix the questions so that they're more readable!

I loved the scene in Second Double where Jack gives up his position for Syd
If only for Jack's line " I'm not cut out for management anyway"
