Freplica Revelation...

I don't think Freplica is Anna. I know, I've been preaching that she was, but now Gina Torres is guest starring on Angel, so I think it would be kind hard if they were going to change Freplica back to her original self to make it Anna. And since Angel has been shot around the same time that Alias is shot, and she's not listed on the IMDB as being on Alias any more times than we've seen her, it rules Anna out.

As much as it would make sense that the evil Francie is Anna, I just don't think that that would happen because it is a little obvious.

But good looking out though so we definitely rule her out as a possibility. :smiley:
 
As I have said earlier...I think that Freplica is a male, due to her lack of "feeling" of sensitivity towards everyone...she seems too cold-hearted. She better be a character we've already seen, because if it wasn't, it would make things for us viewers to be very complicated!
 
Not exactly now Alias Elle. You didnt think this out all the way. They dont need Gina to play Freplica, they only need Merin cuz well her appearance has been changed. Ya know what Im talking about?

"Francie's" appearance is the same, only its another person playing her ... actually, its the same person, but with another attitude ... The producers don't need Gina, as she changed her appearance to become Francie ... so, they only need Merrin ... am I making any sense here? I am confused ...

Let's see if I can try and help clarify this: In this season's episode 15 (the one after phase 1), Syd and the CIA destroyed the tech to turn the clones back into their original selves. And I think the CIA has the tech to change Freplica back to her original self...but I don't know that that's necesary in the storyline. I kinda think they'll use Merrin for as long as they can...because she is AMAZING and once they change her back she's gone...forever as far as I can tell!
 
Yea, I dont think that Gina will be back. They have no reason to bring her back. So they will probably just stick with Merrin.

thats the thing ... Freplica will never be the same person again ...

Hopefully Evil Francie will be Anna ... I think JJ would use the best
way possible for this kind of storyline ... if he was to use anyone else
(another character or new one, not Anna) he would need to explain
where this character came from and why he/she was used ... knowing
that Anna hated Sydney, it would be easier for Evil Francie being Anna,
to fight with Sydney when that time comes ...

Men, everytime it gets more difficult to explain this type of storyline.

But, if it was Anna, wouldn't she want to go back to the way she used to look after her assignment is done? I know I would!

She might want to change back after her assignment is done, but I don't think she knows that the CIA actually destroyed the tech that could change the clones to their original selves ...
 
yeah, at this point she'd have no idea that she couldn't change herself back. (if that's even possible in the first place)

ok im lost i started to watch alias right after the second season and am lost on the whole anna thing. who is she? and i would love to see a great cat fight between syd and evil francie!
