Garner Parts Company With Dogs

Daredevil and Alias beauty Jennifer Garner has lost more than a husband after splitting with actor Scott Foley - she's also had to separate from her dogs.

Garner filed for divorce from Foley a month ago - just a day after he learned his American TV show AUSA had been ditched.

And, after living in Los Angeles for 12 years, Foley is now eastward bound to the Big Apple, where he plans to star in the Broadway production The Violet Hour, set for an Autumn opening.

But the move means that Garner will no longer be able to see a Maltese dog Charlie Rose or her beagle mix Maggie Mae, because Foley's taking them with him.

Meanwhile, sexy Garner will keep their cat Wesley.

Foley says of his move, "This is something I've always wanted to do, and it comes at a perfect time in my life. I'm only there temporarily, but if I like it, I may just stick around."

You got a point, cos dogs need a lot more care and you can't leave them by themselves, whereas cats, well you know...

Think about what's best for the dogs, though. ^_^ They've probably bonded with each other and wouldn't want to be separated, and are most likely more used to Scott since Jennifer is so busy and has said herself that she doesn't get home until late at night. I feel bad for the cat, though. It'll probably be lonely with no other pets around.
