i think im in the top 10% of my sophomore class. Its got about 700 kids.

Not really....only if you're completely devoted to having a 4.6 or 4.7 you're senior year. Sophomore year things are still changing and yes it's always there, but things can change just so much that I refuse to get my hopes up.

i usually get A's but this year im getting a B in english!!!im actaully lucky im getting that!!LMAO! i could get an a if i really wanted to but i'd rather slack!!!HAHA! even though i shouldnt....

we're on a 5.0 system
a.p and honors are 5.0.
scholarship is 4.5
general and all others are 4.0

we get a gpa boosts if we are in a AP or AC class.
If we get a B+, it goes in as A- on the gpa.

yes they are.
an A- is a 3.67, B+ is a 3.33

LMAO! thats it though, i dont read what we are supposed to becuase im already reading something that interests me more!HA! plus i always always forget these stupid ten point vocabulary items(we have to bring in a music lyric or ten sentences with different words from our vocab book in them every friday and she doesnt remind us ever, so...me being the forgetfull and unorganized person i am, loses ten points each week basically!) but if i would turn those in all the time and remembered i would have an a! so i dont care! and thats funny though because im in the book club and am in creative writing which i love!HA! ^_^ i shouldnt have told my bookaholic niece that i slack with vocabulary(even though i know vocab i got five words right while watching the national spelling bee on tv in three hours, to me thats amazing bc those are hard words!) okay im done!LOL!

wow....33, .67 man we just stick with .5's and that's good enough for me
But sometimes not...b/c if you get an 89, it counts the same as having an 80, and a 4.5 instead of 5.0 in honors, so it's just sometimes unfair.

We have minuses and pluses! And also, the highest isn't 4.0 in our high school either... I have no clue how I know this, i'm not in high school yet... :blink:
