(Here’s more)

“Ready, GO” Vaughn said

All four teams moved in. Alpha and Bravo covered the entrance while Charlie and Delta moved in to recover the manuscript. They came to a long hallway that split off at the end.
“Charlie you go left and we’ll go right.” Vaughn ordered
Vaughn, Sydney and the other agent moved slowly down the hallway. They headed around a corner and waiting for them was a guard, he shot the agent and almost shoot Sydney but her and Vaughn dove behind a wall. While he was reloading his gun Sydney shoot him. Vaughn ran up to the agent that was lying on the floor.
“He’s still alive.” Vaughn said out of breath
“Stay with him and I’ll get the manuscript.” Syd said
“NO, its too dangerous you can’t go by yourself.” Vaughn said
“You can’t leave him.” She said
Then Sydney ran down the corridor. Vaughn shook his head as he plugged the bullet wound in the agent’s side. Sydney came too a small room that had a safe in it. She opened the safe and took the manuscript. Just as she was about to leave she heard a thick British accent behind her.
“Very good Agent Bristow, Just as I planned.” She rolled her eyes and turned around to see Sark standing across from her.
“Don’t worry I’ll make your death quick, Sloane is getting tired of you. You’ve been causing him an awful lot of trouble lately.” Sydney gave him a hard look.
“Your mother is fine, she has been playing you from the beginning.” He laughed
“I truly believed we could have been great partners.” Just as he was about to shot Sydney a young woman Agent (About 19 years old) came in from behind Sark and shoot him in the back. Sark dropped to the floor. Sydney had no clue who it was so she just stood there.
“Come on.” The women said
Sydney was reluctant to follow her at first but then she pulled out her CIA id and showed it too Sydney.
“Let’s go they radioed in for back up a couple of minutes ago. They’ll be here any second.”
Sydney ran behind the dark haired women she was about Sydney’s height and had brown eyes. They headed out to the rendezvous point.
“Who are you?” Syd asked
“That doesn’t matter right now.” The agent said
All of the agents boarded the plane and headed home. Later Sydney sat next to Vaughn.
“Who is she?” She asked
“I don’t know but she’s been helping the CIA for quite a long time. She helped us find this place.” He said
“She saved my life, Sark was about too shot me and she came in from behind him.” Syd said
“Well then go talk to her.” Vaughn said
Sydney decided she should atleast thank her for saving her life. She walked over to the Agent and sat down across from her. The woman was sitting there reading a magazine.
“Hi.” Syd said
“Hey.” The woman said
“I just wanted too say thank you for saving my life. Sark would have shoot me.” Syd said
“No problem.” The agent said
“My name is Sydney Bristow.” Just then the woman looked up from what she had been reading. She had a shocked look on her face.
“My names Laura.” She said
“Laura?” Syd was waiting for a last name
“Well I have a last name, but I’m ashamed of it.” She said as she read her magazine.
Sydney nodded and walked away. She went and sat back down next to Vaughn.
“Her names Laura.” She said
“What’s her last name?” Vaughn asked
“She wouldn’t tell me.” Syd said shrugging
A couple hours later the plane landed back at the operations center. They all headed inside for the debrief.
“Good job in the Philippines agents.” Kendall said
“It’s nice to have you all back in one piece. We have an agent that will be joining us in the battle to take down Sloane. Everyone I would like you to meet Laura Derevko. Irena Derevko’s other daughter.” Sydney had a shocked look on her face. She just starred at Laura. “Unlike her mother Laura is a loyal patriot to this country. The only thing Irena and Laura have in common is their blood. Anyway back to business.”
“Laura has been made friends with our buddy Sloane.” Kendall said
“I’ve been working with them for almost 2 months. I got a lot of information from them but no locations.” Laura said
“It was yesterday when my cover was blown after I sent my coordinates.”
“Well you can’t go back in there or they will kill you. So well have too figure out another plan. For now you are all excused.” Kendall said
Everyone grabbed their papers and headed out the door.
Sydney held Vaughn’s hand as they headed out the door. But before they could get far Laura stopped Sydney.
“Sydney?” she said. Sydney turned around.
“Can we meet for dinner, so we can sort this out.” She asked
“I don’t know.” Syd said
“Please, I promise I’m not going to hurt you.” Laura said
Sydney looked at Vaughn and then back at Laura.
“I guess you can come over too my place.” Syd said
“Great, um how’s 7:00.” Laura asked
“That’s fine.” Syd said
“Okay.” Laura said
With that Sydney and Vaughn started too walk out again.
“Are you going too be okay.” He asked
“I don’t know, I can’t judge her by our mother.”
“You should give her a chance. Besides don’t you want a little sister.” He said
Sydney cringed at that word. (Sister)
“Right well if you need anything call me and I’ll be right over.” He said as he kissed her good-bye
“Okay.” She said as she got in her car. Sydney headed home and cleaned the house quickly before Laura came over. Then she took a quick shower and put on some nice pants and a shirt. Ding-Dong. Oh god Sydney thought to herself. She paused a minute then opened the door.
“Hi” Laura said
“Hey” Sydney said with a smile “Come on in.”
“Thanks.”
Sydney and Laura sat down at the dinning room table and started too eat a little before Sydney started to ask questions.
“So did you live with Irena your whole life?” Sydney asked
“Yeah pretty much. She went on a lot of operations. Most of the time my father would watch me.” Laura answered
“Who was your father? I’m sorry, I’m just not used to the fact I have a sister.” Syd said
“It’s okay, My father was a good man unlike Irena. She set him up.” Luara said
“Let me guess, to get information.” Syd asked
“No, to have me. She stole something from your father called project Christmas.”
“To train kids to be spies.” They both said at the same time. They both giggled.
“When my dad wasn’t home she would train me with guns, explosives, strategic planning, anything she could think of. By the time I was 6 I could shoot a can 15 meters away. Everytime she was done with me she would reset my memory. She home schooled me so I didn’t have any friends. She always told me she was doing good by killing bad people. I actually believed her until I was about 10. We had this prison cell in our basement were she would torture agents of the CIA.” Sydney gave her a weird look. “Everytime she left I would bring them food and water. She always wondered how they lasted so long. I wanted to let them go but she would have killed me. She’s so deceiving.”
“So enough about me, what’s your life story.” Laura said
“Well the short version is when I was in college I was recruited by SD-6. I’m sure you know who they are.” Laura shook her head. “Well I thought they were part of the CIA but when Sloane killed my fiancé I knew he was lying. So I joined the CIA and I’ve been trying to get back at Sloane for a long time and until I kill him I’m not going to give up looking for him.” Syd said
“And I thought my life was bad.” Laura said as she laughed
“Hey who’s that Agent you were with today? The one you were holding hands with.” Laura asked
“Agent Michael Vaughn” Syd said. Laura gave her a confused look.
“What’s wrong?” Syd asked
“Was his father an agent?” Laura asked
“Yes, Irena killed him when Vaughn was 8.”Syd said
“Irena didn’t kill him.” Laura said
“What?” Syd asked looking confused
“Irena, she wasn’t the one who pulled the trigger.” Laura said starring at the table.
“Then who did?” Syd asked
“It was an ordinary day, Irena was coming home from a mission and she had a man, anyway she took him downstairs and tortured him. I tried to sleep but he kept screaming. So I snuck down too see what she was doing too him. She saw me and she pulled me out and put the gun in my hand. She put my finger on the trigger I tried too pull away but it went off. I stood there crying, as he struggled to say something.”
Sydney was crying. “How do you know it was him?”
“The last thing he said was Michael. Later when we were burying him I saw the name Vaughn on his chest patch.” They both sat there, tears rolling down their eyes.
“I should go.” Laura said
“Yeah, I’ll see you tomorrow.” Syd said
“No, I’m requesting they move me back to Langley.” Laura said
“You cant.” Syd said, “You just got here.”
“How am I supposed to even look at him when were in the same room.” Laura said
“It wasn’t your fault.” Syd said “Besides I need someone to talk too, I want you to stay, after all you’re my sister.” Sydney cringed again at that word, not believing she actually had a sister.
“I cant tell him.” Laura said
“Then I will, if I explain it the way you did too me he’ll understand it wasn’t your fault.” Syd said
“I don’t know Sydney.”
“Look I’ve lost so many people in my life I’m not going to lose my own sister.” Syd said
Laura turned around to face Sydney
“After what I just told you, you still accept me as your sister.” Laura said
“We’ve both been used before, you had no control of what happened.” Syd said
Laura started crying she walked toward Sydney and hugged her. At first Sydney didn’t know what to do but then she put her hands around her. She actually felt like a big sister.
“I’m going to be proud too call you my sister.” Laura said
That made Sydney fell so special. For once someone needed her just to be there.

After this chapter I'm going to take more time on the story from now on so it will be better. :D

Sorry, no more today but i will have some after i get home from school tommorrow i have too write an essay right now. :D

This is a short chapter but oh well here it goes.

10 too 15 minutes later Laura left. Sydney was still in disbelief. She dialed Vaughn’s number.
“Hello?” he said
“Hey” she said
“Hey Syd, how was dinner?” He asked
She didn’t answer his question “Can you come over?” she asked
“Yeah sure I’ll be right over. Is everything okay?” he asked
“Just come over.” She wouldn’t tell him anything else. Vaughn was worried, so he turned off the hockey game he had been watching, grabbed his coat, and headed too Sydney’s house. He drove as fast as he could. He wanted too know what was wrong and why she didn’t tell him over the phone. When he reached Sydney’s house he got out and burst through the door, only too find Sydney sitting alone on her couch.
“Syd?” he said concerned
“Hey, come here.” She answered
He sat down next too her. She looked scared, she didn’t want to tell him about his father.
“Vaughn.” She began
“What’s wrong.” He said
“Me and Laura were talking she told me about how Irena used too have prison in her basement were she would torture prisoners.”
“So.” He said confused
“She remembers seeing…” she paused
“Seeing what?” he asked
“She remembers seeing your father.”
Vaughn’s eyes grew in anger and confusion.
“What?” he said shocked
“Vaughn my mother didn’t kill your father.” She said, “Laura did.”
Vaughn turned away from Syd and put his head in hands. She grabbed his hand while she explained the whole story. When she was done they both sat in silence.
“Vaughn, I’m so sorry.” She said
“Once I except that my father is gone, and he was killed by your mother, I find out it was your sister who did it. A woman who decided it was convenient to show herself while we were getting the manuscript.” Sydney knew Vaughn was going to have a hard time.
“Are you sure she’s telling you the truth.” He asked
“Yes.” She said
“Vaughn I know this is hard for you.” She said as she rubbed his back.
“Well yeah, you find out what thought was true is all just a big lie.” He looked at Syd
“I’m sorry, I being selfish. You of all people should know what it’s like to be lied too.”
“That’s he reason I told you. You always told me everything, I couldn’t hide this from you.”
Vaughn looked at her. He didn’t know what too say.
“She wants go back to Langley, from there she could still help us. I understand if you don’t want her around.” She said
“When your mother was in our custody I lived with it because I knew she was behind bars and she couldn’t hurt anyone. But even though she was behind bars it still felt wrong too be in the same room with her. If Laura stays I don’t think I’ll be able too work anymore. Seeing my fathers killer everyday.”
“So you want her too leave.” Syd asked
“I guess I could live with it.” He said
She knew he didn’t want too see her again. In his eyes she saw pain.
“Vaughn.” Syd said
“Can we just not talk about it anymore.” Vaughn said. He got up and walked into syds bedroom and laid down. Syd sat on the couch for a few minutes and then she got up and laid down by Vaughn. They fell asleep. The next morning Syd woke up and cooked breakfast. Vaughn walked in and still looked like hell. He sat down and began eating. She was worried because he never had acted like this before, he didn’t even say a word too her.
“Vaughn, are you mad at me?” Syd asked
“What?” Vaughn said
“Are you mad at me for telling you?” she said again
“No, Syd I’m not mad at you. I’m sorry, I just have a lot on my mind.” He said
Syd was still standing in the kitchen. She walked behind him and through her arms around his neck and kissed his cheek.
“Are you sure you’re alright?” she said. He didn’t say anything for a couple minutes. Then he broke the silence.
“Do you want too go see the King’s play tonight?” he asked
She knew he didn’t want too talk about last night that’s why he changed the subject.
“Yeah, sure.” She said. Just then her pager beeped. She looked at it.
“I have to go in,” she said
“Of course you do it’s your day off.” He said. She looked at him, still no sign of a smile. She grabbed her purse and keys and headed out the door, leaving him sitting alone at the table. When she got too the operations center Laura greeted her.
“Hey Sydney.” Laura said with a smile on her face.
“Hey.” Sydney said with a half smile half frown.
“He isn’t taking it too well is he?” Laura asked
“No, I’ve never seen him so run down like this.” Syd said
“I talked too Kendall, he’s sending me back too Langley. I don’t want too go but there are some problems and they need my help. Plus I don’t think I should be here anymore.” Laura said. Syd just stood and starred at the ground.
“Do you think you can give me a ride to the airport?” Laura asked
“I, I cant Vaughn asked me too a hockey game, I don’t think it’s a good idea too turn him down right now.” Syd said
“Yeah, your probably right.” Laura said, “Well maybe I’ll see you again someday.”
With that Laura walked out of the building. Leaving Sydney standing alone by herself.
