Hello

Ok, Cool!

What about the robot on the Godzilla The Series - that weird yellow thing?

and lets never forget all the robots on Johnny Quest

If you mean the robots from Godzilla Island, then yes.

The yellow floating shere one is called "Lucas" and it is often sarcastic. Looks a little like Weebo from Flubber.

The other is "Camero" Looks suspiciously like one of the "Fix-its" from 'Batteries not Included' or MST3K’s "Cambot". Looks also a bit like the top of one of the Emperial Snow Probes on the planet Hoth near the start of 'The Empire Strikes Back'.

Also have all the robotic monsters like "Mogura" etc...

The Robot Spider from Jonny Quest reminds me of the ones in Minority Report. Though there are a lot like those in Samurai Jack too that I loved the way they bleed oil.

N.I.G.E.L.
Built by Mendel Craven, N.I.G.E.L. is a research robot whose name is an anagram for “Next-millennium Intelligence Gathering Electronic Liaison”. Low-tech looking, but high-tech acting, his main function is to go where the H.E.A.T. team can not; the ocean floor, inside an active volcano or near highly toxic fumes… which usually results in the robot getting pummeled, bashed-up or obliterated.
N.I.G.E.L. also serves as a vehicle for Randy and Craven’s ongoing rivalry. Craven programmed the robot with the selfless heroic personality he imagines himself to posssess. Randy is constantly reprogramming N.I.G.E.L’s personality just to drive Craven crazy.

Although N.I.G.E.L. operates autonomously, he is not a pure artificial intelligence. He is an information-gathering machine that does what he’s programmed to do. His “personalities” are the result of tampering with his linguistic codes. Thus, he will inadvertently transmit data in avariety of funny voices, but he will not express emotions or make conscious choices.
Outside of Nick, N.I.G.E.L. is the one member of H.E.A.T. who can get physically close to Godzilla. N.I.G.E.L. proved invaluable in the creature’s early “housebreaking” and can also be dispatched to signal Godzilla when the team needs him most. Godzilla, in turn regards the little robot as somewhere between a pet and a beloved chew toy.

Ah yes, from the cartoon series, keeps getting destroyed all the time and rebuilt. Nigel NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...

What is it? This gets a little complicated...A massive alien spaceship (the SDF-1) appears on the tiny island of Macross, and, over the course of a decade, the Robotech Defense Force is created to study and develop that alien technology (referred to as "robotech"). Earth ends up being attacked by war-like giants called the Zentraedi, who are chasing down the SDF-1. In a last ditch effort to protect Macross Island from the Zentraedi, the ship executes an emergency jump that lands their crew and the civilian residents of Macross city into uncharted space. Included in this group of survivors are a hotshot teen circus pilot and the girl he's infatuated with -- a bubble-gum pop singing sensation whose music will eventually be the key to the fate of all mankind.

Last news I heard: Tobey Maguire was producing, and leaving the door open to the possibility of starring as lead pilot Rick Hunter, in a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan (Raiders of the Lost Ark, Empire Strikes Back).

Latest Developments: Director Sylvain White still says a live-action Robotech is happening, just not quickly. He liked the most recent draft of the screenplay (I don't know if that's Kasdan's script or not), but may choose to make Losers 2 before attempting a project as huge as Robotech.
