YAY!! I can help! I downloaded the game recently myself, and as this board states, no matter how hard we tried, the game just wouldn't start. So, I went straight to the source. I contacted ABC, told them the problem and waited. Well, when they contacted me, they wanted lots of info about my computer and the info that's in the Alias Underground log folder. Then they wanted my DirectX info, and finally, about two weeks later, I had the problem fixed. Well, if anyone was still interested in playing the game, all you have to do in uninstall the non-working version that is/was currently on your computer, and download the game again. ABC has found the problem and it's fixed. I dled it and it worked fine! But with one problem. It sporadically resets my computer for no reason what-so-ever. So, being fed up, I finally just gave up on the Alias Underground game altogether. But that's fine with me bacase now I have the Alias game for GCN to look forward to! Glad if I could help in anyway.

Ok, let's try this again. If the game will not open for you, just follow these simple instructions, and you should be playing the game in no time. First, uninstall the non working version that is on your computer. Then, redownload the very first one: Agent Training from the ABC website and it should install properly, and when you click on the icon that's on your desktop, it should run! Viola! If all else fails, just contact ABC, it shouldn't be a problem at all.
