I need help!

Kara

eternally nostalgic
I have to do a project on why someone is a good role model/idol. Chose Jennifer, o'course, just, I need two pages. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, since it's way past due and I'm in major trouble! Thanks!

Well, for one thing, she shows that you can take action for a good cause:
Thanks to all of you who participated in the K-BIG's Celebrity Bra Auction. Here's a news article on the event:

K-BIG's Celebrity Bra Auction on Ebay is over and we raised thousands of dollars for breast cancer. Some of the highest bidding bras include: The cast of "Charlie's Angel's"=$455, Keifer Sutherland=$510, The cast of "Will & Grace"=$256, Sophia Loren=$355, Carrie Fisher=$203, Berlin (the band)=$305, Donny Osmond=$255, Elton John=$164, and Cyndi Lauper=$627.

The highest bidding bra belonged to Jennifer Garner (who portrays Sydney on ABC's "Alias") for $765! A genteman who's wife passed away from breast cancer purchased the bra and sent us a touching letter. I've attached it for those whom are interested.

Stephanie

I am the winning bidder for the above item and happy to have been able to help raise money for breast cancer via the KBIG 104.3 Bras For A Cause.

My wife of ten years passed away August 23rd of this year from cancer and it is a cause that touches home with me. ALIAS was our favorite show - we watched it religiously, never missing an episode, and even in the last days we spent together at the hospice she wouldn't miss it no matter how ill she felt. She loved Jennifer Garner's portrayal of her character Sydney and I think somehow she gained strength from it.

If it were at all possible, and you were able to convey these sentiments, I would like for Ms. Garner to know my appreciation for the few moments of happiness she brought my wife in her final days.

That's all I can think of right now.

That is scary because August 23'rd is my birthday. Scary to know that when you are having a celebration about your birth, somewhere else in the world is someone who is grieving the death of their beloved family member, or in this case their beloved wife.

well, you can talk about how the major roles she chooses (i.e., sydney, elektra) serve as good examples to young girls and young women.

and you could talk about her strong work ethic. you can say how it just looks glamorous to be a famous actress, but in reality, she works like sixteen hour days or something and has to take martial arts and weapons training and all that.

and hmm...that's about all i can think of. also, she just seems like a really nice and kind person, in general.

good luck with your paper! :D

You should talk about how hard she's worked to get where she has, and how it hasn't really changed her, she's still so down to earth and puts her mom and dad up on the list. Family is important to her!

Man Charlie that article got me a bit teary eyed.

Anyway yea Talk about how hard she works to do what she does and that she has earned every bit of her fame.
