Season 2 I'm still freaking out

I have not stopped thinking about this and continue to read everyone's theory - the "Looking Glass" Yes - that is a very good point - a true clue I believe.
I don't know if I have a theory or just some ideas but .... here they are.....
1. did evil franzie really die - the bullet holes were black and you could almost see a vest under there - bad photography or a vest?
2. do you think that Jack and Irina could be in this together? Maybe Irina captured jack and the heart and not sloane - maybe they capture sydney to protect her - to use her??? To use the device on her???
3. Why do you think - whoever had sydney chose to drop her off in hong kong at that time.... some people on this forum have speculated that irina might of had her to keep her safe - or someone had her to keep her safe - then why keep her unconscious? Why drop her off at that point in time in hong kong? Why not tell her the truth then to really end sloane and stop the catastrophic event from occuring?
4. Why WHY WHY - really WHY does no one have any information on season three???
What do you think????

Then why does Sloane have Jack in custody and why is he assembling the device in the next room?

haha that's funny. jack being bad. why? he never was bad and never will be, but sloane could turn him evil. somehow..............

how? and why? the only way i can think of so far is that when he finds out that syd is the prophecy girl he will somehow become obsessed too

i think that sloane will win jack over to working on all things rambaldi, making things more complex. jack will be sloane's new partner and irina will be sydney's.

jack soon enough will be worked over and also become obsessed with rambaldi and the hunt for his immortality thing

Any obsession for Rambaldi in Jack would come through his need to find Sydney. What happens when he finds out Sloane tells him all his secrets, as promised? Good question.
;)

I think Jack will become obbesed with rambali but not for slone's sake(meaning i dont think he will partner up with slone agian) but he will become obbsesed with it for syd's sake. I think after syd dissapered that everyone(espically vaughn and Jack) started searching for her endlessly. But after a while the CIA gives so thats when i think vaughn gets hitched and then i think Jack gets a call from Irina and Irina tells him about syds role in the prohecy and says that maby why shes gone has something to do with that. So then Jack becomes obbsesed with reading rambalis stuff to figure out how syd fits in.

It would definitely tie in with the idea of Jack as a tragic hero, driven toward extremes through his love for his family. Be afraid for him . . . be very afraid . . .
:(

I don't think Jack will turn evil. He may do some crazy things if he thinks Sydney is dead. He would do anything for her.

I'm really curious to see how Irina reacts also.

Jack wouldn't "turn evil" per se, but he would go to extremes to find Sydney--and he wouldn't accept her death without absolute proof (especially after what happened with his wife!).
;)

I agree, which is why it's a bit confusing why Jack didn't go meet Sydney in Hong Kong.

I hope the Jack/Sydney relationship is developed a bit more next season. We didn't get to see his true reactions to much of anything. (Irina's return, Syd's relationship with Vaughn, the takedown of SD-6, Irina's escape...)

It makes sense if Jack is no longer with the CIA. Sydney called the CIA and the CIA sent Vaughn. Perhaps they couldn't send Jack because they didn't have Jack to send. If Sydney has been missing for 2 years and the CIA determined that she was dead and Jack would not agree with that determination, he and the CIA would be at an impasse. Either Jack would resign or he would find himself working increasingly off-book, a situation likely to lead to his eventual dismissal. Given a 2-year missing scenario, it is quite likely that Jack--sadly--wasn't available for the CIA to send to Hong Kong.
