Okay everyone, like VaughnFan13 said, Will was in the same bed as her, I think he would've noticed something weird about her!!

IF that was so, she was genetically altered, you couldn't tell ... but that isn't the case so don't worry. That scenario would be HIGHLY controversial which this show wouldn't dare to touch to offend anyone by having fake francie a man, at least I would hope not. Politically correctness!
