Season 2 Jack and Sloan's Conversation

Why did Jack say that Faye Dunaway was going to frame him for killing Sloan's wife, and "I did not kill your wife".

Didn't Sloan bring Faye Dunaway into to investigate who is blackmailing him; not, to investigate her death..... I guess what I mean is, isn't Faye Dunaway working on the premise that Emily is alive?

Boy this is a great show... It's the only show that has my attention!

Thanks,

hmmmm I am confused about that also, but Sloane told Faye that Jack just left his house so maybe they will catch JACK!! -_-

After the payment was made, Sloane got pictures of a supposedly dead Emily (who knows if she's really dead), and they thought at first that they were going to find out that the brain matter (ick) on the barrel of Jack's gun was Emily's, so there is a certain amount of suspicion that she might be (or is probably) dead.

I think she was suspicious in the first place because she belived his answers were far too perfect. During the lunch scene she had agents ready to get jack if the two pieces of information/evidence she was looking for but could not find proved that he wasn't where he said he was. It just so happened one of these was a sort of memory card in his cell phone. Although jack was able to switch cards with vaughn a new serial number had to be put on it so as to prove its really jack's and no switch had been made. When ariana was handed the card jack noticed that the newly stamped serial number had left ink on his hand - showing that it was fresh and that obviously the card had been switched. Ariana notices the ink, sends the agents and according to what sloane says (something like "you shouldn't have ran away, jack") jack gets away. All of this, or course, is just a leeeeeeettle suspicious on jack's part.

all i have to say is that dirty sloane.. but we already knew that we was going to call kane.. i don't know why jack put so much trust into sloane at that time

He has to show trust if he wants to come back later on.

I wonder if Jack will ever find out that Sloane betrayed him -- of course, he's smart enough to figure that out by himself. I've often wondered how on earth Jack has kept from killing Sloane himself long ago. If anything, he has even more reason than Sydney.

Perhaps the idea is to bring down the Alliance, not just SD-6, so they have to keep Sloane around because he's Jack's "in" to the Alliance.

Anyone else think that Jack knew Sloane would turn him in? I mean, he's pretty smart, and i really doubt he trusts Sloane. So I'm wondering what he put on the paper.

I'm with you on that theory. Of course Jack knew Sloane couldn't be trusted. Sloane had confided in Jack that Marshall was expendable.

As to what was on the papers, that's anybody's guess. Jack said it was leads to who might have killed Emily. My guess is it would be something to throw of SD-6 and the Alliance so the stay away from investigating Jack. Possibly real leads, too.

I have a hunch that Kane killed Her!!!! i know it sounds crazy but it works!! She was also suspected of being a mole in like SD-4 or something!!!! It all works out!!! But I wonder what will happen to jack later on because Sloane called Kane??? Who knows?!?!

You move out of my way or I'll make you move out of my way......Thank you- Sydney Bristow

i think that if anyone were to kill Emiy it would be the person who did not get the spot within the alliance. What do you think is going to happen to Ariana sence Sloane arrested her? What do you think the alliance will do with her?
