Plot: Josie, Melody and Val are three small-town girl musicians determined to take their rock band out of their garage and straight to the top, while remaining true to their look, style and sound. They get a record deal which brings fame and fortune but soon realize they are pawns of two people who want to control the youth of America. They must clear their names, even if it means losing fame and fortune.

I'm a big fan of the first song on the disk. Man, it's been so long I can't even remember what that song is called. Maybe I should re-watch it today

heh, I think it's more one of those movies that it's so bad you almost have to love it.

Just CUTE! It was half decent Punk Rok, not some sad pop thats from the gutter, come on!

Oh gosh... I couldn't stand this movie! It was cute in some spots, but overall, I was completely not impressed. The comic strip was so much better. The music was alright though... I really like "You Don't Know Me".

Yeah me too. Its the first film i brought on DVD. The songs are great and its really funny, especially Parker Posey. Shes great. Not a masterpiece of a film but i love it
