I love aragorn i think he is really hot but liv tyler is so useless in the second movie. her part totally objectifies women and that makes me mad

The Arwen parts were put in so that the people who haven't read the books would understand the Arwen & Aragorn story. If they didn't put in those scenes, people would be confused later on in the books since they would have no clue who Arwen was. I know I'm babbling on and on but I'm just obsessed with LoTR!! :lol:

Arwen I agree was better in the Fellowship of the ring, with that whole call the Giant Water Horsies, that was cool, Legolas was better in the Two Towers though

Her character did not belong in LotR, and she sounded like a breathy phone perv. That was PJ's biggest mistake...bigger than cutting Tom!

Liv Tyler is my second favorite actress only behind JG! I've been saying that if Syd had a sister...Liv Tyler should be it She's so gorgeous and talented and...Ahh! I just love her! She was awesome in LOTR! I'm glad they made Arwen's part really big...even if it cut Glorfindel out a bit...but if it was for Liv than...Hell ya!

I personally don't hate her, but they way the protrayed Arwen was a bit off the mark from what I was hoping. Her ride to the Ford Bruien was quite good though, even if it wasn't Glorfindel. I wonder how much more they will use her in Return of the King?

The Ford of Bruinen was one of my favorite scenes from FOTR. She probably will be in ROTK a little more than before because of that thing that happens. I didn't say what happens just in case someone hasn't read the books and doesn't want to know what happens.

Yea Arwen is a much biffer character in ROTK than in any of the other books...I can't wait until ROTK!! Especially for the Liv!
