Overview: Medicine could be a lucrative business if it weren't for all those sick people. So goes the motto of the mega-sized, mega-frugal HMO that runs Mission General Hospital in San Francisco, where two renegade doctors bend the rules and find the loopholes in a constant quest to treat their patients. Together, they practice medicine with a take-no-prisoners attitude and don't-take-no-for-an-answer tactics.

I'm really sad to hear this. I liked MDs. A LOT! John Hannah and William Fichtner were a great team and the entire cast (even the "weasles") were good. The writing showed much potential and... again... JH and WF. ::sigh:: Maybe someone else will pick them up. And there is always first run syndication...

yeah.. the ratings were the problem.. not alot of people found the show in time...man, abc is wiping them down..
