I agree! I really want to see that.

I used to like Renee Zellweger... well, the first movie I saw her in was Jerry Maguire. She wasn't bad in that. Then I saw Empire Records... I think that really just ruined it. She was in one really really depressing movie called One True Thing. I don't even think I've seen any other movies she's been in. I haven't even seen Chicago yet... I don't care if it won best picture at the Oscars, I can't afford to pay $9 to go see it!
 
I loved the film, loved the soundtrack and juz about all the songs, so all in all, one of my fave films. + Ewan is very hot in it and Nicole damm her is always pretty which is v frustrating but she's my fave actress and soo deserved an Oscar for this film!!! I LOVE MOULIN ROUGE!!
 
I've always left half way through whenever I watch it. It's my moms favourite movie. She loves Ewan McGregor. But I've seen most of it and I liked it. It was just, I wasn't really a big fan of musicals because to me, they drag. But I liked most of what I saw.
 
me too! usually i hate musicals. i mean people don't 5randomly burst out signing about their life, but watever. but i did love moulin rouge
 
I used to be OBSSED,seriously i have the movie poster DVD and the tape i have a 50 page biography on Evan McGregor and Nicole Kidman and i printed the script,but then i saw ALIAS and i was way more interested in action than strong romance.I still have every Moulin Rouge things.I dont really want them anymore.Now im all C.I.A and ALIAS and J.G and M.V stuff. :smiley:
 
Mmmm I love the Roxanne tango scene. The way they mix the two songs, with that one guy and Ewan McGregor singing... amazing! Whenever I hear it, I get shivers down my spine.

This movie is so wonderful.
 
I love this movie so much! The singing and dancing was just wonderful! Hmm.... my favorite scene is the one where she thinks he's the duke and they sing and lalallala hehe... on the rooftop and yeah... OHHHH and also when she comes down on that swing thing singing Diamonds are A girls best friend!
 
Omg the songs are amazing!! I love when Ewan and Nicole are on the roof singing. Sends shivers down my back each time. And the tango scene is amazing!! I fall in love with Ewan whenever I watch the movie... :blush:
 
omg i'm not sure you should have brought this up with me around...:P I'm absolutely crazy about that movie!! Its sooo awesome. Everytime I watch it it gets better and better. Ah I could go on for days about how wonderful it is, but I'll stop ;) hehe I thought Nicole was brilliant in it though.

And, I'm choreographing a Moulin Rouge ballet, and the finale is going to be Bolero which can be found on the Moulin Rouge soundtrack 2! hehe I'll let you guys know when the ballet is released :P lmao.

Me too!! That song gives me shivers every time! I love it, it's just heartbreaking!!
 
Oh it's insane, Katelyn and I download all the songs and dance to them... we know all the words and we just sing our hearts out, lol!!

Oooo the Elephant Love Medley is so great. I always sing it. I serenade my dog a lot... I think he gets scared. :lol: I love hearing the original songs on the radio and going, "hey, that's in the Elephant Love Medley!"
