It was just giving best wishes to Jen and Scott. As for April 15, it was just a date a pulled out of the air that it must be taken down.

If you want to, you can, however, I will not let it stretch signature rules. If they choose to use the banner you make, then it must comply with the rules:
it must be the only image in their sig and they may only have 2 lines of text. It also must be the correct size.

Okay cool! I was going to follow the rules anyway.
