So I hear a character Negan may show up? Can someone explain to me who he is? I hear he's worse than the Governor. Yikes!

Negan is the leader of a group called The Saviors and an enemy of the Hilltop Colony. Negan is something of the polar opposite to Rick. While Rick has killed to survive, Negan kills to assert his group's stance as the dominant power in the post-apocalypse, going so far as to refer to their cause as "The New World Order". He uses his authority and resources to subjugate other communities, such as The Hilltop Colony and now The Alexandria Safe Zone, into paying tribute to The Saviors in exchange for protection from walkers. In retaliation for Rick's group's resistance to their demands, as well as the deaths of several of his men, Negan and The Saviors ambushed them and brutally murdered Glenn, signifying the severity of their situation.

You would assume... Hard to tell with the pace Season 3 has went. No one is really "safe" at this point. Hahaha.

Yeah he is the bad guy in the most recent issues of the comics and he is way worse than the governor. He has a baseball bat called Lucille and he says that she need feeding so basically he's going to smash someone up with it. He also has his own little community as well that he controls like a dictator.So I hear a character Negan may show up? Can someone explain to me who he is? I hear he's worse than the Governor. Yikes!

LOL yeah a bit of fighting would be more interesting.Oh boy, I don't like the sound of him. XD Then again, this will hopefully bring even more action to the TV series. I wanna see more walker kills and more fighting between different survivor groups!

Seasons 7 and 8..they've dragged out All Out War & Negan & his Saviors far too long.
As I write this, episode 8.06 is 4 nights away. I am having difficulty remembering what happened when because there's so little progression! Two steps forward, two back.
7.01 was horrific, rip Glenn & Abe. After that?

Negan is still a major character in TWD, though, frankly, I'm surprised at that because it seems like they are dragging out his story lines forever. The result of the character becoming a popular villain I surmise.

He is the reason they've lost viewers. Negan is loved by Scott Gimple (producer), so is Daryl. The merchandise available for those two characters outnumbers all other characters.
As for the latest development?
Carl Grimes shooting himself in a burned down church next episode, because of a walker bite. Soooo stupid.

Yikes, they are going out of their way to make sure that the character is truly gone. Guess they don't want to repeat the mess that they did with Glenn.
