I don't think it's out of the question for Sark&Syd to be related...but lets make them cousins instead of brother&sister...her immediate family is already too screwed up without adding an evil (half)brother. As for the rest of it, I don't think a Syd-?? pregnancy will be written in until she actually IS pregnant...but I don't think it would ruin the show if it happened. I mean, all the angst about her not being able to be in the field? Giving some other agents screentime to kick butt? And who knows...maybe by that time Irina will be a CIA agent too
