I loved Victor Garber in Titanic as Mr. Andrews. His character was my favorite from the movie.

I finally saw Exotica. It's R rated, has mature themes and is most definitely not appropriate for younger members posting here! The story's pretty thin. It's pretty much a moody musing on what becomes of various characters connected through the main character (Bruce Greenwood) and a specific tragedy that occurred in his life (this tragedy is a mystery that is gradually revealed as the movie progresses). Victor Garber has only a few short scenes, which he handles nicely as usual, but he doesn't have enough room to really develop the role. His character is more of a question mark (mystery to be solved) than a developed character.
Bottom line, I wouldn't watch it just to see Victor Garber's performance unless you're a completist.

I saw him in Titanic and I saw him in a differnt movie but I can't put my finger on it.. I remember him sitting at a table palying cards with someone when they get interupted he wasn't the star in the movie jsut a small part.. anyone know which one I'm talknig about? I'm totally lost.. lol MIND BLOCK!

I finally had time to watch my new Victor movies. Neither is exactly Oscar material, but they are worth watching anyway.
In "Dieppe," Victor plays Lord Mountbatten. He captures his character's accent -- and his arrogance -- perfectly. There is one scene in which the more experienced -- and more competent -- General Montgomery completely punks him in mapping out a strategy for the Dieppe raid. In Victor's hands, Mountbatten's reaction is priceless! :captain:
After two seasons of Jack Bristow, it's fun to see Victor play a normal guy who loves his family in "Invisible Child." A lot of people didn't like this movie, but I thought it was adorable -- very strange and sweet. That's my two cents anyway. :jack1:

I just watched Victor Garber in the movie Annie. 
He played Mr Warbucks. I found it rather amusing to see him dancing around in a tuxedo, singing, his head shaved with a kid dancing on his feet. Has anyone else seen it? I thought it was kinda funny.

He was the butler called…tee-hee...Ferguson! Hahahaha.
He had a little bit of growth on his upper lip so it was like a moustache and he had a bit if an English accent.

I watched Singles this weekend which is on one of the movie channels (Cinemax or TMC or something) and saw Mr Garber had a tiny uncredited cameo. He has five words and two shots (plus a mustache not unlike that in Passage Part 1 . . .). I won't write down the line, though, in case you want to see the film--it's a payoff for an earlier setup. The movie's a Cameron Crowe, so not for all tastes, but it wasn't too bad. It was both funny and sad because it was about the ways in which couples hook up--but usually miss hooking up. It also had Bridget Fonda and, I believe, Matt Dillon.
