OMG... was it a picture and the person's hair was sorta rolled up on the sides??? if it is, ya I THOUGHT THAT WAS SYD.. it looked like her, but ya, she could have been doubled without knowing it-good thinking!

Yes, it could be Irina b/c Jack said last season that Irina looked like Syd when she was younger. In that same ep they show some sort of flashback where JG is playing younger Irina while she is holding a baby who is playing baby Sydney.

In 'The Telling', Irina tells Sydney that Syd is the prophecy, not her. But I don't think we can trust anything Irina says at the moment...
