i gave a 9, but it's only cos' i'm voting now and great eps have been aired since.
but anyway "almost thirty years" still stays one of my favorite.
as someone said : the train station scene ... mmmm, loved it and what 'bout the techno party in Taipei ... vaughn pushing the annoying guy that holds syd : priceless !!!
and i love the audio commentary in dvd, i think they're all very humorous though sometimes perhaps a little "snappish" (Elaine Vassal ... miss you ...!!!) but hey !! spydaddy left the room !! imagine !! Ooooo, kevin, that was rude !!
One of the best I have ever seen. It ended great not knowing what was going to happen(even though i watched it on the box set yesterday and new) but when i watched it for the 1st time on T.V it was great it i badly wanted the 2nd season!
Yes it was. In fact, all of Season 1 was just superb. Season 1 is what I show my friends who have not seen the light. I basically tell them to watch two episodes with me, and if they are honestly not satisfied with what they see, then I'll give them 5 bucks. Haven't lost a dime yet. The first episode has got to be the best Alias episode ever. I've seen a lot of pilots in my years, but none was as well done as Truth be Told.
Everything about Truth be Told was perfect. The pacing and the flow of the story, the mixture of humor and action. And I thought the thing that really pulled it together was the music. Alias has always been known for having good music. But the pilot really pulled it together. I have a CD burned from just music from episode 1. Whenever I listen to that CD in sequence, I can just see the scenes of the pilot playing through my head.
I was just watching the last four eps of season one, and I found out I don't understand how did Jack know Haladki was the mole. Can anyone help me? I might be the only one not getting it, but they just suddenly mention the word circumference, and Jack realizes Haladki knew what that is but shouldn't.
