Related to or know anyone famous?

My aunt's ex-boyfriend (they dated for 4 and a half years) has his own radio show, makes tv-documentaries & and is the singer in a synth/pop-band. He's not THAT famous, but still. He gets fan (and love ;)) letters and things like that. ;)

But this is in Sweden so... :P

Well Tom Hanks was filming scenes in the Da Vinci Code movie in my village bout 6 or so months ago if I wasnt working at the time I would have tried to get a pic with him or something, I went to school with a guy who plays in goal for Motherwell called Graeme Smith, used to play for Glasgow Rangers (3rd choice goalie), I have been told I am distantly related to a Scotland player, I dont know if it is true or not. I have met a few football players in Scotland, but my biggest 'claim' to fame is that I smiled at a former Bond girl, was a leading lady in 2 of the Bond films, a Swedish actress called Maud Adams, she was in The Man With The Golden Gun and Octopussy (she was Octopussy) I didnt get to talk to her,it was a 20th anniversary screening of Octopussy in Edinburgh and she was there along with a guy who screen tested for Bond 7 times a guy by the name of Michael Billington (he was the russian agent chasing Roger Moore on skis at the start of The Spy Who Loved Me), they had a Q & A session afterwards, but I didnt get a chance to ask Maud a question

Oh and my aunt went to school with Gordon Strachan the Celtic manager

Hmmm, well I used to be friends with Meryl Streep's daughter, Louisa, before I moved away in second grade. I went over to their house one time for Louisa's birthday party, but since I was young I wasn't really aware of her celebrity status. I also used to go to school with Kevin Bacon's kids.

As for relations.. the biggest one is that my great uncle was Admiral Richard Byrd, who discovered part of Anartica and was a pretty famous explorer/aviator in the 1920s and 30s. And if you go really far back, I'm related to William Byrd II who founded Richmond, Virginia.

I'm cousins with Michelle from "The Mamas and the Papas" singing group...second cousins I believe.
And my mum's goddaughter's cousin is Clarke Thorell from the Original Broadway cast of "Hairspray". He's also been in "Titanic: The Musical" and a few more things.

I am not related but I have met or seen a few celebrities. I saw Mariah carey in Times Square at Mtv. I also took a picture with Big Pun and I saw Puffy. I saw all of them the same day it was pretty funny.

I don't know any celebrities, but Aria from Paradiso Girls (new girl-band) answers my messages on Twitter almost everytime. DOn't know if it counts. :(
