SGA series ends with a right cliffhanger!

not fair!

thats all i can say. we don't want cliffhangers, we want sewn-up series' and not that "to be continued..." message at the end of a 2 parter culminating in episode 20, the end of the current series.

i won't give spoilers for episode 20, except to say "now i know what it looks like from the other end of the barrel for the imperial troops guarding the death star in epIV"

when next series comes, i've read that the first two episodes might be segregated from the rest of the series, covering a drastic event for the SGA team, then the first real episode of the next series will be episode 3, as far as planning has gone so far.

it's a long time to wait now, not what i was looking forward to really.

I hate cliffhangers at the end of a season (or at the end of a book). It really breaks the momentum of the story.

This one wasn't quite as bad as the last Battlestar Galactica episode, but I still don't like having to wait months to see the next episode.

i don't know there.

BSG ended pretty well, i didn't have that fist of frustration inside my stomach trying to force its way up and out, making me almost scream in frustration like i did with SGA series end. i had honestly expected this episode to round off the wraith attack story, but it didn't. i could have accepted a general solution with some loose ends, but to halt the story at the point it did is just frustrating, nothing more.

as if the SGA fans wouldn't start watching the new series when it comes out? they'll be scouring the boards and tv guides for the dates.
