Singers

Yeah... only now I don't think I'm gonna be able to do it, cuz I'm starting a new school next year, and there's rehearsels THREE days a week for some stupid little synagogue performance. Thanks, but I'm not dragging myself out for two hours a half an hour away (without traffic) for some stupid little show... So, no. No.
 
I'm in a choir! I'm in the regular choir at my school and in the advanced one! :smiley: We don't have any special part like Altos or anything but that's okay. I'll probably get into that stuff when I'm in hs (geez, two years. I just turned 12.).
 
yeah it is! i have no idea why i quit chorus. I'm in the orchestra, can't quit THAT, but i want to go back to chorus....and the problem is , I have no open class for it :(
maybe next year
 
awwww im sorry! see singing, acting and playing my flute are like my priorities when picking classes so........thats what i make sure i take every year! even if that means skipping math for a year(like this past year! :lol: oh it was great! i hate math..but thats a different thread!) does your school have an after school ensemble or chorus?! that might work out or if there is a community chorus that you could join?!
 
Singing...out of everything I do, singing is what I enjoy the most. It's just wonderful like magic or something...I'm starting to sound crazy. Oh well, that's how singing is for me.
 
Vic- you were ALLOWED to skip math? Your school allowed it?

I hate math.

Ok, I need emotional support.

My school has regular chorus, and then chorus that you have to audition for... and I'm really nervous about auditioning.

Did I mention school hasn't even STARTED yet?
 
LOL! yep ....but you have to take a required amount of math through high school and i took some high school classes when i was in middle school, so im done with my math but my guidance counselor thinks i should take one this year! :angry: i hate math!

but choir! love it! we have our first showchoir performance coming up in a week! YA! our dresses are so beautiful.....so much more than last years!
 
Singing is a wonderful feeling. You can say so much with a song. Much more than words. I am a guy, and I love singing. Singing is very close to being the most wonderful feeling in the world!

i know isnt singing the best feeling in the world, especially operatic or just plain musical theatre because you just spill all this emotion into it and i was just singing adieu..i forget the composer..in my voice lesson earlier and oh! i love that song its soo beautiful and the way i go up to the high f at the end is just soo much fun! :love:

another thing i love about singing is knowing that you have the audiences attention even while pausing if you put emotion into it, its that feeling while you are stage you know they are watching your every move and can feel the emotion you are putting into the song.
 
I LOVE SINGING!!!!! :smiley: i'm in a lot of musicals and i'm in varsity choir and show choir!!! and i sing in the halls alot around school and people tell me to stop showing off lol
 
I sing, usually just alone in the house but recently me and my cousins did a kinda christmas concert thing for the family. I am thinking about entering the english pop idol show to showcse my talents.
 
I can sing alright. lol. MY best friend can sing really really good. She is going today to tryout for scouts.. I'm so nervous for her.... Ahhh... She's singing " I will cross the ocean for you."

She wanted me to tryout with her but in the modeling competition. lol. She said I was the most photogenic person she knew and since I have a twin...they would probably choose us both..
 
My friend got called to come to florida in the summer to sing to scouts every night.. She has to go to Lexington every weekend, and they are even going to pick her wardrobe.
