SNOWDAY

i should have had a snow day today but no!! they had to hold the attendance cards for like twenty minutes because of traffic! and the roads were terrible but no my school never calls off!LOL
 
i wish i could have one--i was born in massachusetts but now i live in california but i moved away so early i have no memories of being in the snow--i have never been in snow since massachusetts i so desperatly want to though (dont worry im going to alaska then to the east coast this summer)
 
I feel bad for people who don't have snow. They don't get to have school off for snowdays! It's so sad. And for that girl who said that she freezes in 65 degrees, once you get used to the cold, it's not that bad. I mean, its like 28 degrees sometimes, and it doesn't feel that cold because we get used to it.

I compleatly agree! It snowed again today! :D :D
 
i haven't had a snowday YET this year which is pretty pathetic because we usually have at least 2 a year...but i just learned yesterday that we get out at 12:45 on monday b/c our boys basketball team made the regional tournament and they play at like 2:45...WOO HOO!!!!
 
I don't understand some of those people who freeze in 65 degrees. It's around 40 degrees in the morning here, and I go out wearing a shirt and shorts, and usually I have ice cream. All my Arizona friends are freezing their asses off...It's so funny!
 
40 degrees!?!?! I wish it was that warm here!!!! Last week we had really strong winds and it was about 50 below. If it hits 20 degrees at this time of the year, people are in t-shirts and shorts...... Pretty pathetic, huh!?! :blink:
 
Actually, it'll get down to 32 sometimes and I'm still not bothered. Not much bothers me, except gay people who put the moves on me *shudder* and people who ask too many stupid questions...
 
Put it in a little ice box and mail it out to us!! I WANT MY SNOW!! Fresh clean, new fallen snow...ahh the memories...Actually, they aren't that pleasant..I got frost bite on my hands once!! Snow is a natural enemy of mine, but I still LOVE it! Rain is more on my side. That's why I love it more.
