    The diver that looks like Russia's leader talked about the unusually cold temperature down there being -1c and that the water should be frozen. But anyone with any high school science knows that salt water freezes at a lower temperature than clean water. It seemed to me to be a very strange things to say so I googled up a fairly good answer to this:
